"Harry, slow down, we aren't going to be late." I say as he is running around with Emma on his arms.
It's the first day back to school and he is on full dad mode. He is stressing more than Emma and he is so excited to go with her to school. It's the first time that she is going to hold his hand and tell him the goodbye daddy while she kisses his cheek. He hasn't stopped talking about it ever since he thought about it.
"We are because you are slow. Emma, tell mumma that she is slow." He tells and Emma laughs.
"Daddy, you are running a lot. You are making me dizzy." She says, on the other hand. Harry stops and sighs.
"I'm ready, we can go now. You are coming to the office today, right?"
He looks at me and nods. "Yes, we have to discuss about the new collection, and then I have a fitting for the Grammy's. You are going with me, by the way."
Harry is nominated for six awards at this year's ceremony. When we learned about them, I assured him that he is going to win at least two of them. He doesn't believe that because he is saying that there are better records in his categories. He doesn't give himself a little credit and I feel sad when I hear him talk about himself like that and say that he doesn't deserve any of things he worked so hard for. "Why do I need to come?"
"Because you are my date and we have to much, honey. We are late now, come on." He says and he opens the door.
We are in front of Emma's school in no time. He helps her get out of the car and takes her hand so we can walk towards her class. People are looking at us a little weird but they don't say a thing. This school is really famous and a lot of its students are famous people's kids.
"Oh, hello Emma. You are here with your mom and best friend. Did you have a great time?" Hee teacher, Daniel, asks her. He is a great guy, a few years younger than me and he is an absolute icon. He tries so hard to respect every child in this room and my daughter is so excited every time, she comes back home after a day at school.
"I'm fine Mr Martinez. I went to my other house in London with mummy and daddy. It's so far away, we took a plane to get there." Emma answers giving the information about how she calls Harry subtly.
Daniel smiles and looks up at Harry. At one of the parent-teacher conferences, he said to me that my daughter speaks a lot about someone named Harry. I had to confirm that Harry is, in fact, a real person and not just Emma's imaginary friend. "That's so great miss Emma. Go inside, I bet Millie has missed you."
Emma gives a quick kiss to both Harry and I and she runs to her best friend. They still are so close and it amazes me how much these two girls communicate. I hope that they will stay exactly like that as the years go by.
"I bet Christmas was a happy time at your household. I have to remind you the annual parents children dinner at the end of this month." Daniel says.
"I have it on my calendar." Harry answers. "Have a great rest of the day."
We leave holding hands. Today we don't have to worry about being here on time to get Emma. Chris, Millie's dad, called me yesterday and asked me if he could pick Emma up with Millie. He wants to spend some time with his little friends, as he says. Emma was telling me everyday how much she missed Millie and Ethan and how much she wanted to see them soon so she would tell them that she had a daddy now.
Seeing Emma missing her friends made me think about the future. I want to have a future woth Harry, I want more children and a happy house. We talked briefly about moving back to England but I think that Emma is going to hate me for forcing her to do that. As much as she likes London and its serenity, I know that she loves our life here. She has friends, a house and people that she cares. I have to talk to Harry about that.
We go to Pleasing later than everyone. I know that Molly is going to make a joke an Lambert will not let it go unnoticed. They still don't know about the whole new name Harry has and how his role changed on Emma's life.
I'm not afraid anout telling them all that Harry's a dad now. I'm afraid about one person's reaction, though. Jeff's. He loves Emma but he is also Harry's manager. I'm afraid that he is going to tell us to not let the world know and to suppress Emma's feelings. I am afraid that his words will affect Harry and he is going to eventually leave us. I have to get all of these out of my mind.
"Don't overthink this, you know that we don't have to tell them anything yet, right?" Harry tries to take my anxiety away but my thoughts are eating me alive right now. I sigh and i say that i know but i want to.
I want to tell them all. They are my friends after all, they deserve to know, they deserve to hear from us and not from some stupid tabloid that will tell the world without our permission.
"Hello boss, hello Iris. How are you?" Jessica says to us when she sees us.
"Quit calling me boss. I don't like that "
We laugh at Harry's grumpiness and we talk a little as we go to the conference room. A lot of people that i haven't see in a lot of time are here and they talk all together. Jessica, Harry and I are the last ones to arrive. They all stop talking when we sit together and the meeting starts immediately without loosing any more time.
We discuss all the new colours that we are going to launch, the merch and a fun surprise that it's going to be out at the end of 2023.
The photo of Harry's hands were doing wonders in the fandom and now we know that people and consumers like our strategy. We have lots of work to do and I start to stress about that. I have to be really focused.
The meeting ends earlier than expected and the Harries and I walk off of the company together. Jeff is coming with us to the fitting as he has to tell Harry some details about his upcoming events and he doesn't want to waste his time.
The fitting room is full of clothes. There are dozens of options and sizes and if i were Harry, I would want to year all of these options.
"You know that you have some shows to do before the Grammy's, right?" Jeff asks him while Lambert is doing some measurements.
"Of course I do, 2 shows right before my birthday." Harry has memorized his schedule so he can plan accordingly to that. He has already started planning the birthday party he is going to have with Emma. He is so excited about that and he confessed to me that it is the first time that he is excited about celebrating his birthday, because it is the first time he has a reason.
"We are thinking with Elton to add a couple more. One on the day before your birthday and one on the actual day."
I immediately tense to that suggestion thay Jeff and Elton, Harry's tour manager had. I know that I can't tell my opinion because it is Harry's job and I can interfere to that. I just sit here, silently, waiting for Harry to answer. He doesn't lose time though.
"What? No. I don't want to have a show on that days."
"Harry, we are talking about a lot of money."
"Jeff, you should know that i don't give a fuck about money. I have plans on those days and I won't disappoint my daughter." He says like it is the most normal thing in thw world.
Lambert stops immediately whatever he was doing and both him and Jeff are looking at Harry. They both seem shocked and I can understand that. My stupid boyfriend just outed the news without giving them or me a warning.
"Your what?" Jeff says.
Harry looks at them like he can't understand what it's going on and he probably thinks that they are overreacting.
"My daughter, Jeff. Why do you noth act like you didn't know my feelings towards Emma? I haven spoken to the both of you about them."
"You have, H. But we didn't expect to call her your daughter today." Jeff says.
"God, you are a daddy now. Sue, that's exciting." Lambert says and hugs Harry, who is thanking him and is as excited as Lambert.
"I will call Elton and tell him to decline. I didn't know, H, I'm sorry."
"It's alright, i know that it is your job." Harry says. "Emma and I are having two parties on the 1st and 2nd of February. You are both invited, right honey?" He asks me, wanting to include me at the conversation.
"Of course, I will text you the details when Harry is ready to share them." I roll my eyes. Harry is planning everything secretly, accepting Tonya's help. They are a team that I don't like because they don't share anything with me or Florence. I tried to snoop around a little just to learn a tiny detail but he knew that i would do that so I only found a note that told me mind my own business and not ruin their fun.
"He's on total dad mode, isn't he?" Jeff asks me.
"You can't even imagine." I say and he laughs.
"Oh my God," we hear Lambert's voice, "Hadry Styles is now a dilf."

Hello, how are you?
I'm watching again Maestro in Blue (a greek series on Netflix) and I'm crying. Guys, it's an amazing series, dealing with some real issues. I suggest you to see it, but please read the trigger warnings first because some scenes are really brutal.
Tell me your opinions about the chapter. I know that is short but I'm excited about what's to come.
