Eunjin sighed the moment she knocked on the front door. She didn't want to go, but she knew that she had to get the answers to her questions. Even if they were half told.
"Eunjin!" she saw her mother open the door with a wide smile. "I missed you!" Minsu then tried to bring her daughter into a hug until Eunjin pushed her away. "Don't hug me." she said, walking right past her as she entered the home.
Eunjin saw Daeun and Eunmi sitting at the table with their fathers. She didn't know what to say but a simple hello. It was the first time really seeing her dad and it made her realize how horribly they looked alike. It almost made her gag.
"So how long were you guys going to wait to tell me?"
"We thought you already knew, Eunjin!" her dad said with a fake smile plastered on his lips. "Yeah because I definitely knew I had an older sister who was being taken care of by my dad. I only ever talk about Daeun being my sister! What sense would it make if I only talked about her?!"
"Stop raising your voice, Eunjin!" Minsu said, sitting down next to Daeun and Eunmi as she rolled her eyes. "Why do you guys treat me like this?! Even she knew about me, but I didn't?! Was it so hard to introduce me to her when I was younger even if I didn't live with her?"
"It's not that Eunjin."
"Then what? Are you saying that my stupid dad didn't feel like raising another kid so he just handed me off to you?"
"Yeah that's exactly it! Seeing how you turned out now i'm sure he didn't even want to see you!" Daeun suddenly said, looking directly at Eunjin as she froze. "Have you not seen yourself lately? You've been such a mess Eunjin!"
"Daeun, calm down." Minsu said while Eunjin only started to tear up. "What? Now you're going to cry? If you want to cry then go call that stupid guy you always hang out with! Better yet go call Jaemin, it seems like he's always giving you a reason to cry!" Daeun then felt a sharp pain on her cheek, processing the fact that Eunjin had slapped her.
"Why are you bringing him up? Both of them, why are you bring them up when they have nothing to do with this?!"
"I'm just telling you he's only acting nice to you because he knows he'll be able to sleep with you Eunjin! You're just ignoring that!" Daeun said, completely switching the situation as Eunmi didn't know what to say. "I'm not ignoring that because I know he doesn't feel that way towards me, Daeun! You're only making it seem that way!"
"And can we please go back to the original conversation before I really leave all of you!" Eunjin said as her voice cracked, wiping the tears that came out of her eyes. "One less problem i'd have to deal with." Daeun mumbled.
"Really. Is that how you really feel Daeun?"
"Yes that's how I really feel! I don't understand why a nineteen year old should be taking care of someone who's twenty one?! If you go then who really cares?! No one cares if you leave us Eunjin! Not even your friends care!" Daeun said as no one said anything else, not even her own mother who raised her.
"Wow. Okay."
Eunjin stood up from her chair and left the table without another word.

Eunjin felt someone sit next to her, looking to the side as she saw a familiar face. "Yuta? What are you doing here?" she said, not realizing that she was in front of campus. "I mean I go here right?" Yuta jokingly said, making her crack a smile as she felt a bit relaxed.
"Why are you out here by yourself? It's about to rain!" he said, covering her head with the palm of his hand as she laughed. "I was just thinking for a bit." Eunjin mumbled, stretching her arms as she noticed Doyoung waving to her with Taeil walking by his side.
"Did you guys secretly plan something?" she said with a laugh as they laughed. "Maybe." Taeil smiled. "You wanna come with us? We're just going to Jaehyun's place for a little hangout." Doyoung said as she immediately nodded her head.
"Rich boy house, i'm in."
"Oh wow, i'm definitely telling him you said that."
