"It appears that one of the twins is breach. Instead of being head down, they are feet down." the doctor paused for a moment and looked down at his charts.
"I think it would be best if we prepped you for a
C-section. Other than that, everything is fine. I'll go put in the paperwork for the C-section. In the meantime, I need you two to relax. If you want, I will have the nurse put something in your IV to calm you down, and I can get your Alpha here some Alpha relaxants," the doctor said and waited for a response.
"Please," Takeda said in response, realizing that he and Ukai both needed to calm down.
The doctor nodded and headed out of the room.
Kageyama and Hinata came back in a few moments later.
"We called Suga and told him. He said they would cancel after-school practice and come here right after school," Hinata said as he and Kageyama sat back down on the couch.

Takeda could feel himself grow more anxious as he thought about having to have a C-section instead of a Natural birth. Luckily before the Anxiety became too much for him, nurse Joy came into the room holding a tray of what Takeda assumed to be the things the doctor got them to calm them down. Joy smiled as she sat the tray on the table beside the bed.
"This one is for you," she said as she handed Ukai a small plastic cup with a blue syrupy liquid inside.
"drink it like a shot, don't sip it; it's not the tastiest thing," then she picked up a syringe with a needle and walked over to Takeda's IV and poked the needle into the port of the IV.
"This should start working in a few minutes," she said and smiled over to the couch where Kageyama, Hinata, and Ellie were all asleep.
"I will bring them a blanket; I'll be right back,"
Several minutes after Joy Had left the room, there was a light knock on the door before Kageyama's parents, and Sister came into the room.
"How are you feeling?" Kageyama's father asked quietly, not to wake up anyone and trying to keep the atmosphere calm as he walked over to the side of the bed.
Takeda sat up a tiny bit and nodded.
"Right now, I feel tired and a bit sick," He replied and rested a hand over his bump.
He looked over to Ukai, who had a perplexed expression.
"Are you okay?" he asked.
Ukai nodded before he looked back and forth between Kageyama's parents.
"Just curious about something,"
"You want to know which one of us had our children, don't you?" Mea said with a laugh, as if she was pretty used to the conversation.
"Actually, I would also like to know that," Takeda said in response, realizing that they were both able to have children.
"Akio had Miwa, and I had Tobio," Mea Replied with a smile as Akio nodded along with her. This, however, only led Takeda to have more questions, as the conversation began to help him keep his mind off of his labor and anxieties.
"How did you two decide who would be pregnant?" He asked as more curiosity seeped into him.
"We didn't necessarily decide... it just happened that way," Akio replied. Uaki and Takeda looked at each other for a moment, realizing that they had learned more about the Kageyama's love life than they had meant to. Thankfully for them, before the conversation could carry on any more, the rest of the Karasuno pack, Along with their Fukurōdani and Nekoma guests, came into the room, with Suga leading the way like he was on a mission.
How are the twins?" Suga's question Came out more concerned than he had meant for it to.
"Everything is fine, don't worry," Takeda said as he gave Suga a reassuring smile.
"We are going to have a c-section because one of the twins is breach. We are waiting for the doctor to get the paperwork together," He added before he began to feel some discomfort from being in the position he had been in. He laid back in the bed and tried to ignore the slight tinge of pain he had.
Doctor Shins came into the room and stared at the now crowded space.
"We have a room prepared and all the paperwork filed. We will need everyone in here, besides the parents, to wait in the waiting room,"
Miwa gently shook Ellie awake, which woke up Hinata and Kageyama. Suga gave Takeda and Ukai a concerned glance before leading everyone out of the room and to the waiting area.
Ukai held Takeda's hand as Joy pushed the hospital bed he was in down the hall towards the surgical rooms. The loser they got, the more the worry hr had bubbled up inside him. The fears that he had held for all of His Omega's pregnancy came to a boiling point.
"It's going to be okay," Takeda whispered and gave his Alpha's hand a slight squeeze, attempting to help him feel less worried. Ukai felt some guilt rush through him as he realized it should be him comforting Takeda and not the other way around.
Joy pushed the bed into the survival room, where DR. Shins, along with a few other nurses and a pediatric doctor, were waiting. This was the moment that it all sunk into Takeda that h would finally be able to meet his babies.
(A/N: I really don't wanna write the C-section. Soooo um... Yeah....)
In the waiting room, Suga paced back and forth, unable to relax as Daichi watched and worried about his mental state.
"Suga, are you alright?" Mea asked as she began to worry for him.
Suga didn't even seem to hear her, however, as he continued to pace.
Daich let out a long sigh as he looked over to MRS. Kageyama.
"He took an Omega health class for his final semester... And learned how dangerous birth could be for some Omegas,"
Hinata watched Kageyama's eyes as he glanced up at Daichi, as sudden unreliable fear filled him as his brain decided to think about his recurring nightmare.
Daichi could feel as the room became more tense. He reached out and grabbed Suga by the hand and pulled him down onto his lap.
"Takeda will be okay," He whispered and kissed Suga's permanent mark. Suga took a breath and nodded.
Takeda held his breath and squeezed his Alpha's hand as the doctor delivered the first of the twins. A moment of stiff and concentrated silence fell before the wound of a cry echoed through the room, forcing Takeda to have a brief moment of joy before the doctor delivered the second twin. Another thing cry echoed only moments after the first before a nurse tapped Ukai on the shoulder and.
"Do you want to meet your son and daughter?" the nurse asked.
Ukai gave Takeda a worried glance before nodding and standing up. The nurse guided him around the bed and over to a station where his newborn twins were. For a small moment, he was almost afraid of looking at them, worried that something might go wrong at any moment. All of his fears, worries, and stress faded, however, as he looked At the medical table where they had laid the twins. One had tuffs of fuzzy blonde hair and was scream crying as the doctor and nurses tried to suction his nose to clear any remaining fluid that may be left. The other twin had black hair that seemed to stick more flatly to their head and squirmed about and wasn't quite as loud.
The other nurses that were helping finally wrapped one of the twins in a blanket and gently picked them up before turning to Ukai with a smile.
"Here is your Daughter," She said in a gentle and calm voice as she handed the bundle to ukai.
He started at the tiny being that had instantly calmed down in his arms. The small floofs of blonde hair poked out from under the cap they had placed on her head to help keep her head warm. A few seconds later, the same nurse turned to him with another bundle.
"And here is your son," she said as she allowed Ukai to position the first baby better so he could hold both.
He looked at the twins and felt a flood of emotions. A sudden lump formed in his throat as he could no longer contain any of the things he had felt. Nurse Joy smiled at him as she tugged his arm a bit, motioning that he was able to take the twins to his Omega. Ukai walked slowly and gently as he could, terrified of making a wrong move. He leaned down a little to allow Takeda to see their twins before placing a small and soft kiss on his forehead. Takeda erupted into tears, too overcome with happiness to contain them.
"I will escort you back to the room you were in while the doctor finishes with the rest of the procedure," Joy said and received a hesitant nod from Ukai in return as he gave his Omega one last look before following Joy out of the room.
