(Readers POV)
I saw Ivy's eyes fill with rage and bloodlust. Her teeth grew extra sharp as claws grew from her fingertips. She jumped forward at the man and slashed at his arm, cutting the sleeve and some of his arm. Blood flew out as the hooded man smiled.
Guts: You have some serious fight in ya. That's a great trait to have.
Ivy jumped at the man and bit down on his shoulder, sinking her teeth into his shoulder.
Turbo: Kid, you have to stay out of this!
Guts: Yeah, what he said!
The man punched Ivy off of him. I dashed over and caught Ivy. Blood is dripping down her teeth. She tried to get out of my arms, but I held her back.
(Y/N): Ivy, calm down! Turbo will take care of that guy!
Grace ran over to me and held up a chicken leg to Ivy's face.
Grace: I'll give you this if you behave yourself-
Ivy knocked the food away from her face.
Grace: Geez, I thought that would've worked.
I continued to hold Ivy back as she tried to attack the guy wearing the hoodie. Turbo kicked at him, forcing the guy to block.
Turbo: I think I figured out your Power! You take energy from attacks and redirect that energy to attack!
Guts: You certainly got smarter since you fought Horror, but he was a brainless idiot-
Light surrounded Turbo's body as he grabbed the hooded man and slammed his face into the ground at high speeds, knocking him out instantly.
Turbo: Don't leave yourself wide open with me around.
That speed was amazing. I could barely even see Turbo move. In terms of speed, he might even give mom a run for her money.
Grace: See Ivy? Turbo took care of the guy who hurt your brothers. You should really calm down now.
Ivy started to slow down her movements. I stopped holding her as Ivy slowly crawled over to her brothers bodies. I can see them still breathing, so they should fine once they wake up.
Grace: Good thing Ivy calmed down. I never seen her like that before.
(Y/N): Me neither. It's like she went feral for a moment.
Ivy rested her body and Ivan, Nick, and Nate, like she's still trying to protect them. Turbo got rid of the light around his body.
Turbo: Ok people. Nothing to see here. You all can go back and enjoy the fair.
The crowd started to leave. I saw Angela walk up to Ivy and slowly started to rub her head.
Angela: Ivy, don't lose control like that again. I know you love your family, but there is no need to do that.
I walked up to Ivy and Angela.
(Y/N): You mean this is a normal thing?
Angela: I wouldn't say normal, but it isn't the first time this has happened. She's just very protective of her family is all. She only lets ones she fully trusts near her, I'm glad to see she's ok with your presence. Ivy will be back to her usual self once the boys wake up.
Turbo: Well that's great to hear. Normally I would give her some kind of punishment for attacking someone, but I think seeing her family attacked is enough of a punishment. Let's get those boys checked up on and make sure they're ok.
Turbo tried to walk up to them, but Ivy growled and jumped at Turbo. She clawed his arm, sending him back.
Chris: Turbo!
Ivy jumped forward to attack Turbo again, but a blast of dark red energy knocked Ivy away. She landed on all fours and looked at Chris, his arm being covered in his dark red flowing energy.
Chris: You will leave Turbo alone. Anyone who hurts him will have to answer to me.
Crap, this can't be good. I looked back at Angela.
(Y/N): Get yourself, Ivan, Nick, and Nate out of here!
Angela: ...Just make sure Ivy is going to be ok.
(Y/N): You have my word.
Angela picked up the three boys and started to walk away. I got in between Ivy and Chris.
(Y/N): You two need to calm down.
Grace: (Y/N), you better be careful. Dealing with two people who lost their minds can't be an easy task.
(Y/N): Grace, I'm going to need your help.
Grace nodded and readied her giant paint brush. Turbo looked at the situation. I can't tell what's going through his mind right now, but I do know he doesn't like where this is going. Ivy quickly jumped past me and went for Chris. Chris immediately made a blast of energy, sending everyone back. His energy started to spread across the ground. Ivy quickly grew a pair of green colored horns on her head as a pair of dragon wings grew out of her back. Some patches of green scales formed on her skin. The white of her eyes turned yellow as she flew toward Chris. Chris made a stream of his energy go towards Ivy. She opened her mouth and a stream of fire came out, clashing with Chris's energy.
Grace: Ivy can make fire on her own now?! She needed Dave's help before to do that!
(Y/N): Did her Power just Level Up?
Ivy's fire also started to spread across the ground along with the dark red energy.
Turbo: Crap! Listen, I'll let you two kids deal with Ivy and Chris! I'll get people out of here!
I gave Turbo a quick thumbs up. He ran away, going to get people away from the fair. I saw Chris's body buff up as his hair spiked up while becoming a crimson color. His eyes went blood red as strong pressure bursted off his body.
(Y/N): Crap, he must be using the Leveled Up version of his Power.
Chris: Let's see if you can handle Omega!
The two stopped their clash as Chris jumped up at Ivy.
Ivy: RAAAGH!
Chris punched Ivy in the face, but Ivy bite down on Chris's arm, drawing a lot of blood out of his arm. Chris quickly went down to the ground and slammed Ivy into the ground as he surrounded Ivy in his energy. I tried to get closer, but the pressure coming off of Chris's body is making that hard.
Grace: What are we going to do?! We can't get close!
(Y/N): I was hoping to have a bit more practice with this before I used it in a dangerous situation, but I'm going to need it.
It's time I use my Leveled Up Power again. I started to concentrate as red energy covered all my skin. I opened my eyes and saw Alexandra standing next to me. She looked at Ivy and Chris and her eyes went wide.
(Y/N): Is something wrong?
Alexandra: I remember fighting people with those exact Powers.
(Y/N): Oh? Then looks like you know what to do with them.
I dashed forward at Chris and Ivy. I got in between them and used small blasts of energy to push them away.
Chris: What was that?!
Chris looked at me. He took a step back in surprise before he scoffed and sent a lot of his energy my way. I raised my hand and got rid of his energy with a small blast of my own.
Alexandra: Good idea to use ranged attacks. Even in your state, that energy will hurt you if it gets strong enough.
I looked back and saw Ivy about to attack me. I also saw Chris dash at me. I moved to the side, letting the two crash into each other. Grace quickly got over and made a bubble around Ivy and one around Chris.
Grace: That should give them some time to cool their heads.
(Grace's POV)
I let out a sigh. Ivy and Chris tried to break out of their bubbles. I smiled to myself and pointed at one of the ink capsules on my sash.
Grace: I used extra thick ink that's made to withstand a lot. Good luck trying to get out of it. Even Chemist's explosions can't break it.
I looked over at (Y/N) and he's in that form he used during his match with Isabelle at the tournament.
Grace: Good job getting a hang of that.
(Y/N): Thanks... It took a lot.
I saw Chris's bubble start to get filled with his energy as his screams got louder. I smiled, confident that he won't be able to get out of it. Ivy started to fill her bubble with fire. Both bubbles start to expand.
(Y/N): Grace... Is that supposed to happen?
Grace: Hehe... What if I say no?
Both bubbles bursted, sending me and (Y/N) back from the force. Ivy's fire and Chris's energy started to cover a lot of the fair, burning away the tents and rides. I felt pain go through my body.
Grace: Woah... I never seen something like that happen.
I slowly stood up and saw Ivy and Chris fighting each other again. Ivy kicked Chris's stomach, making his energy cover her body. Ivy absorbed all the energy into her body and shot it back out from her mouth at Chris, knocking him into a bumper car ride.
Grace: Ivy definitely got stronger than the last time I've seen her fight.
Ivy flew into the bumper car ride and grabbed Chris's leg, swinging him into the cars. She pounced onto Chris and punched his face over and over again, before kicking him towards me. I made a trampoline in front of me, making Chris bounce of and fall to the ground.
Ivy: RAAAAAAAGGGHHHH!!!
She screamed into the sky, like she was screaming in triumph.
Chris: You think you've won?! You primitive beast! I am Omega! You can't end me!
I'm not going to be able to stop these two without (Y/N). Where is he anyway? I looked around and found (Y/N) laying down in a crater.
(Y/N): Come on... You know how to fight these Powers, right?
Who is he talking to? He slowly stood up and looked to his right, like he was looking at someone.
(Y/N): A new technique? I'll try it.
(Y/N) dashed over to Chris and Ivy. His energy started to form into chains and wrapped around Chris's and Ivy's necks. He pulled the chains back.
(Y/N): Time to tame these two out of control Heroes!
Ivy and Chris both jumped at (Y/N). I quickly made a portal and jumped through, appearing in front of (Y/N). I put my paint brush up and blocked Ivy and Chris.
(Y/N): Grace?
I remember back during me and (Y/N)'s tag team match against Dave and Katie. I remember (Y/N) jumping in front of me and stopped an attack.
Grace: I'm going to repay the favor you gave me!
I saw my paint brush start to glow as it turned into ink. I quickly turned it into a shield and pushed Ivy and Chris back.
(Y/N): Grace. Your Power Leveled Up.
I turned my shield back into ink. It looks like I turn things into ink and then change it into other things. I turned the ink into a sword and slashed at Ivy and Chris. I kept pushing them back with my slashes as (Y/N) pulled on the red chains harder.
(Y/N) and Grace: This will be the last push!
I turned the sword into shields and pushed against Ivy and Chris. (Y/N) pulled harder and the two screamed before passing out. They fell down to the ground. I turned the shields back into my paint brush and (Y/N)'s energy around his body disappeared. I looked around and saw Chris's energy go away and the fire slowly dissipated. Me and (Y/N) fell down to the ground, breathing heavily.
Grace: Well... We did it... Let's do it again.
(Y/N): ...No.
