"What the hell happened?" I asked the doctors around me.
"Briella, you've been in a coma for seven months, what do you remember?" The doctor told me.
"I-I don't know...can I see Rafael?" I asked the doctors surrounding me.
"Yes, we'll call your relatives" he said before leaving the room, Rafael rushed in after they left.
"Briella!" He smiled. "You're awake!"
"Rafael, are you okay? Did you get hurt?" I concerned, I remember the car hitting us but nothing else...
"I'm fine butterfly, I'm wonderful actually, you're awake!" He quickly pulled me into a loving kiss, I played with his hair while our tongues danced. He sat back down and held my hand in his.
"I've been asleep for 7 months?" I asked Raf, he slowly nodded.
"So how come I remember everything?" I asked Rafael.
"I don't know...what do you mean by everything?"
"Like....how Farid crashed into us?"
"SHE'S AWAKE!" I screamed around the house. "SHIFT YOUR LAZY ASSES AND LET'S GET TO THE HOSPITAL YOU FAT FUCKS!"

I heard Marco open every single bedroom door and shout inside. I grabbed all of my shit, I had been awake for hours since Ciro was unstable. Ever since Briella had that accident, he hasn't been himself.
But she's awake now....our little fighter.

"What are you talking about?" I asked Briella.
"Yeah..Farid was in the car, then he crashed into us?" She explained.
My blood ran cold, my control started to slip beneath my fingers, I'm going to kill Farid Zaid.
"So is the mission finished?" Briella casually asked after literally revealing who hurt her.
"Gurl, you've been asleep for seven months and that's what you ask?"
This girl....is a different breed.
"Soooo, is the mission done?" She smiled, god that smile.
"No, we were waiting on you, mi amor" I told her, making her slightly blush.
"So.......how we going to kill Farid?"

That was not one of my ideas.
Her brothers ran into the hospital room, surprise cover their faces.
"Briella! Oh my god!" Leo shouted, hugging his sister so closely. The vibe completely switched to pure love and appreciation. I watched as her brothers expressed their happiness to her, I've never seen anything like this, how the serious expressions on their face completely faded once they saw their baby sister.
It made me realize how special she is to them. I mean, she was missing for years, everyone knew about the missing Italian sister but it never clicked in my head.
When we moved to New York, we met the De Luca brothers. They absolutely terrified me, they all looked horrifying, I did recognise their facial features but could never find where I knew them from. Now I know it was 'cause they look almost identical to Brie.
I know the love you feel for your siblings, you'd do anything for them....even though they annoy the shit out of you. I see the way Briella looks at her brothers, her eyes light up with happiness and that makes me feel content.
Carlos would always talk about the missing sister, they never disclosed her name, her age or her details. Which I understand now, if anyone knew about her details, all mafia groups would be trying to find her, probably to kill her.
She hasn't told me the full story with Jason, I respect her choices and wishes, she'll tell me when she's ready. I'm forever grateful for her, I'll always be here for her, no matter what happens in the future.
"We need to kill Farid Zaid" Brie told her brothers.
"What?" Marco asked.
"Where's Rocco?" Briella changed the subject completely, the doctors told me that her thought will be all over the place.
