With Y/n and Eren,
Y/n and Eren were currently watching for any flares in the sky. After Armin had fired his flare. Levi ordered Oluo to fire one too. Y/n was staring ahead wondering how the situation in on the front line.
''It is too quiet....something is definitely going on...I can feel it'' Y/n spoke as she stared ahead, causing Eren to look at her.
''That's true....we've likely sustained casualties already on the front lines.....'' Eren added
''I'VE GOT A MESSAGE!!''
''THE RIGHT FLANK ENEMY SCOUTS HAVE BEEN DEVASTATED!!! THE RIGHT FLANK IS NOW BLIND TO ENEMY MOVEMENT!!''
''PLEASE PASS THE MESSAGE ON THE SQUADS ON YOUR LEFT!!''
''You heard to man, Petra. Move out'' Levi ordered
''Yes Sir!''

''There's an abnormal close by'' Y/n muttered
''Eren, you fire it off'' Levi ordered
''How messy is this situation....how are they even this far into the formation?'' Y/n sighed
So then, Squad Levi enters the forest, Y/n and Eren look around confused for a bit, until realization kicks in. Y/n's eye's then widens further at another realization.
''I see.....I think I get it'' Y/n mumbled, but Levi heard it and glanced back
Y/n then sped up the horse, taking the others by surprise.
''I have no idea what Commander Erwin has planned, but I'm sure he is leading that titan behind us here'' Y/n announced
''I am sure that thing is after me and Eren.....that look in its eye....I don't like it'' Y/n spoke up in a low voice, causing Levi to glance up.
Even though the female titan was literally behind them, they continued to follow Levi's orders and charge straight through.
''FIRE!!!!!''
A loud explosion was heard, causing everyone's eyes to widen in shock.
''Tether the horses a little ways up ahead, then switch to vertical maneuvering. I've got my own task to carry out now. Eld is command while I'm gone'' Levi ordered
''Hide Y/n and Eren a safe distance away from that titan, and take care of my horse. Got it.'' Levi added
So after Y/n and Eren continued on the horses up ahead, Levi switched into vertical maneuvering and flew up to Erwin.
''There!! It's joints are immobilized.''
''Looks like we stopped it.''
''We can't let down out guard yet. I'm impressed you managed to lead it here.''
''That's thanks to the rear squads, who risked their lives fighting. They brought us the time we needed. We couldn't have done it without them.''
''I see.''
''Thanks to them...we'll meet whoever's inside that neck. I just hope whoever it is hasn't pissed themselves....
With Eren and Y/n,
They had made it safely away from the scene and are now currently sitting on the giant branches on the tree. Y/n leaned her back against the tree, slowly closing her eyes.
''So Commander Erwin's purpose here was to lure the titan in then'' Y/n now spoke up as she opened her eyes
''Yeah...the trap wouldn't have worked without quite a few people knowing about it beforehand. I think the only ones who knew....were the survivors years ago. Or I'd like to think that.''
''They must've assumed that the spy working on the ''inside'' when the wall was destroyed, five years ago....So the Commander narrowed down the suspects to anyone to joined after than.''
''I wonder if there really is a spy....if so...then I'm guessing that's who killed Sawney and Bean'' Y/n frowned as she thought about it.
''Eren...Y/n, you don't know it yet...but you'll find out soon....why Erwin leads the hope of the Humankind, The Survey Corps''

Back with the female titan. As the titan is held into place, Levi gets ready to use his sword. However things take a turn. A horrible screech was heard through the forest, taking everyone by surprise. A swarm of titans were coming to attack the female titan in all directions. Now Erwin had ordered everyone to defend the female titan.
However the female titan was being ripped to shreds. Erwin was looking in disbelief at the scene in front of him, a smile plastered on his face.
''The enemy was prepared to give up everything. I never thought she would have the titans eat her....to erase all the information....''
''ALL TROOPS PULL OUT!! GET TO YOUR HORSES WHILE THE TITANS ARE FOCUSED ON HER REMAINS!!! WE'RE LEAVING THE WAGONS BEHIND.''
''GATHER WEST OF THE TITAN FOREST AND GET BACK INTO FORMATION!!''
''WE'RE RETURNING TO KARANES DISTRICT!!''
''After all my bluster in front of the council, this is what happens....heavy losses and nothing useful gained. What will happen to us, Eren and Y/n when we stroll back through the gate''
''Think about that after we're home. Right now, we have to concentrate on retreating without futher causalities...at least for now...''
Erwin's POV
''Hard to see through the steam from the carcass. Could get in the way of our signal flares too.''

''I'm going to call my squad over. I just hop they haven't gone too far....'' Levi announced
''Wait, Levi. Replenish your gas and blades.'' Erwin ordered
''There's no time. And I have plenty already....so why.?'' Levi answered
''That's an order. Follow it'' Erwin stated
''Erwin....Yes Sir. I'm going to trust.....your judgement.'' Levi answered further
With Y/n and Eren.
Y/n was still sat on the tree with her eyes closed, still wondering about this whole thing. It was hurting Y/n's head from all the thinking, about the possible spy. Once they got the orders to go, Y/n opened her eyes and stood up.
However just as she was about to leave, she noticed something. She looked to her left and saw a figure standing on tree, looking at them all. Y/n squinted her eyes to get a better look but she couldn't tell who is was, since they had a hood on.
''Petra-San....there is someone there....'' Y/n mumbled as she pointed back

''What are you talking about, there is noone there'' Petra claimed as she looked at Y/n raising her eyebrows
Y/n looked back and saw that the figure had disappeared, causing her to stare in that direction for a few minutes.
''No...there was definitely someone there'' Y/n announced
*sigh*
''Can you see anyone though Y/n....come one, we have to go....everyone is retreating'' Petra patted her shoulder
Whilst the rest entered vertical maneuvering, Y/n stood there on the branch, she looked back one more time and her eyes widened because the figure was standing there again, but immediately took off with their gear.
''Oi wait!! You can't just stare at me from a distance and get away from it!'' Y/n yelled as she entered vertical maneuvering.
''Y/N!! WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU GOING?!!'' Eren yelled as he saw Y/n going the opposite direction, also turning around
(Okay I'm going to change this part of the story a bit, so Eren won't be fighting Annie here in their titan forms)
Y/n chased after the mysterious figure, with the rest of Levi's Squad behind her, Y/n had a heavy feeling in her chest now as she wondered who this person was. As they were all maneuvering through the forest. The person looked back and started laughing crazily.
''DIE Y/N!!!'' The person yelled, causing everyone's eyes to widen in shock
