Legacy is the 1st Extra Level and the 27th level of Just Shapes And Beats overall. It is the first extra level of the game. The level is notable for being slow-paced in a game that's otherwise full of fast-paced levels. Most of the projectiles in the level are spike balls that slowly advance to the left.
First Phase
1. There is a large, medium. and small spikeball in the first, second, and third columns of spike ball walls
2. The spike balls come from both sides and are bigger
3. The lasers are much larger and can now appear diagonally
4. There is another wall added in the middle.
Second Phase
1. Big spike balls are added
2. Bombs explode into 2 rings of projectiles
3. 2 lasers are fired at a time and are much larger
4. Spike ball borders appear at the top and bottom.
5. The spikeball walls move much faster
Third Phase
1. A wall slams in the middle
2. Bombs appear in 3's and explode into 32 pellets
3. The spike ball walls appear in more complex spots
4. Lasers are much bigger and appear at a faster rate
5. The big spike balls are bigger and have longer spikes
6. 6 horizontal walls appear instead of 3.
Final Phase
1. Pulse bombs appear in three's
2. Lasers are very large and appear at a faser rate
3. The tiny spike balls are bigger and faster
4. There is a line of spike balls in the middle
