Dr. Strange's "trips" around the Soul World left many Wakandan Warriors in the already crowded house. He had insisted it was important, and yet, Kat didn't understand why he couldn't teleport them to a new house.
Sam and Bucky certainly tried to find a different house, but not before the weird black snakes made them turn around and go back.
No one wanted to mess with those.
The Maximoff siblings also frequently would travel back to Sokovia, stealing food for everyone, and rationing it carefully. They didn't like it, but it was still important for their survival.
"I think I prefer the orange." Gamora once said, after another section of the house collapsed on some people.
As the house slowly collapsed, and the inhabitants grew, Dr. Strange finally called everyone into the slightly better living room, for a "Dusted" meeting.
"I've been seeing into the un-dusted point of view. They're starting to build a machine to get us back."
"Isn't that good?" Hank asks.
"It's been 5 years." Dr. Strange replies.
"FIVE FUCKIN' YEARS?!?"
"OH MY GOD."
"WHY?"
"MY HOMEWORK'S 5 YEARS LATE!"
"MY LAB MUST BE SO DUSTY!"
Were some of the reactions.
Other's were just crying or staring at Dr. Strange with a "wtf" look.
It was just like when they first came into the Soul Realm, but a bit more composed.
"We have a few, er, days to work it out." Dr. Strange says.
"It's only been like, 10ish months." Wanda questions. "How is it possible?"
"Time just works differently." Vision says.
"Doesn't it mean that the people who died wouldn't come back?" Hank asks, and the really dead looked at each other worriedly.
"It'll be fine. I know so." Loki assures. Ever since living with the mortals, Loki thought, his overall outlook on life was much happier.
"I hope so," Gamora says.
"It's not like you guys are gone forever right?" Kat says. Everyone looked at her. "I mean, look at Pietro. He's supposed to be dead, but he was revived by Wanda."
"Suppose we do win. Maybe we could do something about it." T'Challa nods.
"Yeah, I think we can. We'll just need something from a blood relative." Shuri agrees.
"I don't know if anyone of my blood relatives are alive." Gamora admits.
"We'll find something." Shuri answers.
"Meanwhile, let's get into fighting shape. I don't think that we'd be much of a help if we aren't in fighting shape." Fury orders.
"Pirate dude's getting it on." Bucky snickers.
"Watch your mouth, Barnes." Fury orders.
