Y/n was left stunned when she saw the Kim brothers. The boys who seemed to possess a dual personality, with an almost god-like aura at school and a mischievous devilishness to them in their interactions with her.

She couldn't help but mutter under her breath, "I want that god to suck my soul out." Her words were barely audible, and she hoped no one had caught them.

"Good evening, Mrs. Han, and is she your daughter?" Namjoon's voice broke through the tension as he entered the living room.

"Good evening to you too... and yes, she is my daughter," Y/n's mother replied, turning to her daughter, prompting her to introduce herself.

Y/N found herself struggling to speak, her nerves causing her to stutter, "I..uh....my..m..my..name..is............Y/n." She inwardly cursed her stuttering, wondering why she suddenly felt so nervous.

Namjoon approached her, extending his hand for a handshake. He wore a small smile, and it showcased his dimples on his cheek. "Yo! Chill! We ain't gonna kill you, by the way, I'm Namjoon, Kim Namjoon," he reassured her.

Seokjin, the eldest son, joined in, "I am Seokjin, but just call me Jin. You might already know, but anyways, I am the most handsome and oldest son. It's nice to meet you." He said with a hint of pride.

"Yoongi... or Suga," Yoongi stated bluntly.

Hoseok, who had a big smile on his face, introduced himself as "Hoseok." His warm vibes made Y/N feel more welcomed.

Jimin, on the other hand, was the complete opposite. "Jimin," he said in a tone devoid of emotions. Y/N couldn't help but think of him as a rude shorty.

Taehyung introduced himself as "Taehyung. Kim Taehyung." His demeanor left Y/n slightly bewildered.

Then came Jungkook, who said, "I am Jungkook, but you can call me 'oppa,' little sis." Y/n couldn't hide her confusion at his choice of words, finding it rather odd.

As Mr. Kim excused himself and Y/N's mother from the room, Jimin couldn't resist mimicking Jungkook's nickname for her, "Little Sis."

Y/N's thoughts fired back, "Hey! She is only my mom," but she kept this to herself.

After Mr. Kim and her mother left, the others continued chatting, and they decided to take a walk in the garden.

In Y/n's perspective, she kept walking with her eyes fixed on the floor, unaware of her surroundings. Her unintentional distraction led to a collision with Jimin, the same guy who had been rather rude earlier.

"Ouch," Y/n muttered softly as she rubbed the sore spot where she'd bumped into his chest. She looked up at Jimin, who was clearly annoyed.

Jimin snapped, "What's wrong with you, huh? Is there some screw loose in your brain, or did your eyes stop seeing handsome men standing in front of you? Shameless bitch."

Y/N, not one to back down, retorted, "Oh, Mr. Shorty Angry Pants, could you shut up because if you do, the world would be pollution-free." She gave him a smirk.

"Girl, don't forget, you're standing in my house, my area, and if you don't think twice before speaking, I won't think twice before ripping you," Jimin threatened with a menacing tone.

A chill ran down Y/n's spine at his words, but she remained composed. She replied, "Oh, we'll see about who's ripping who," before walking away, pleased with herself for getting under his skin.

The maid interrupted their banter, reminding them that dinner was ready. They all gathered at the dining table, where Mr. Kim asked Y/n if she had met his sons before.

Y/n feigned innocence, "What do you mean, Mr. Kim?"

Mr. Kim explained, "Well, I thought since you kids study in the same school, you might have been at least acquainted with each other."

She responded with a lie, "No, Mr. Kim, I haven't met them before. I have trouble remembering faces, especially of people I have no relation with." She hoped her excuse would be convincing enough.

Jin chimed in, "You can forget Jungkook's face, but definitely not my handsome face." He remarked with a hint of arrogance.

Y/N, not one to back down, responded, "Oh my god, so very sorry, Seokjin-ssi, but I don't think I remember your face either," she said with a faux apologetic tone.

Jin gritted his teeth, and Hoseok couldn't help but tease, "Hyung, she doesn't remember your handsomeness."

Their dinner continued with playful banter and subtle tension. The mood lightened, but Y/n couldn't shake off the feeling that things might get more complicated in the future.
