SOKOVIA FIGHT 3

"Where is she?" I asked.

"There." Clint pointed to a door on my right. I went near it and slowly opened it. I looked inside and saw Y/N laying peacefully. I went inside the room and closed the door behind me. I walked near the bed and I gently kissed her forehead. 

"I'm here, baby.." I told Y/N. I grabbed the chair and sit on it. I held Y/N's hand in my hand, while the other held onto her bump.

"Hey baby Stark. It's daddy speaking. I just want you to know that I'm very proud of you kid. You made mommy and daddy very happy." I said and I chuckled.

"Mommy, daddy and your uncles and aunts just defeated a villain today. But, thank you for listening, baby. You really did hang on tight there. I can't wait to meet you soon buddy. Now, that the problem is done. I can finally focus on you and mommy.. I love you so much. Even though you're not yet born, you already captured my heart. I love you so much buddy." I ended my speech with a kiss on Y/N's stomach.

"That's a nice speech." I heard Y/N's voice. I looked at her and smiled.

"Our kid knows how to listen." I said.

"Yeah, well. The baby is like the mommy. Always listening." She said. I scoffed and rolled my eyes at her.

"Yeah, right." 

"I am always right." I just chuckled at her. I went near her and peck her lips. 

"How's everyone?" She asked.

"They're good. They're still worried at you. Wanda is thankful to you for saving her brother. And Pietro and Clint are thankful, too." I said. She just smiled and she nodded her head.

"I don't want anybody dying on my sight." She said.

"Me too.." I said. 

"Lay with me.." She suggested. I removed my shoes and I slowly lay beside her. She lay her head on my arm as I wrapped my arms around her and kissed her head.

"I love you mommy..." I told her. She looked up at me and smiled brightly.

"I love you too, daddy.." She said.

"God, how I love you to scream that name for me." I softly told her as she rolled her eyes.

"That's how you ended up knocking me." She said and the both of us laughed. 

~After a couple of days~

I held Y/N's hand while the other hand went into the steering wheel. I drove us inside Avengers compound. Me and Y/N met up with Thor and Steve. The four of us walked towards the exit saying farewell to Thor.

"The rules have changed." Steve said.

"We're dealing with something new." Y/N said.

"Well, the Vision's artificial intelligence." Steve said.

"A machine." I said.

"So it doesn't count." Steve said.

"No. It's not like a person lifting the hammer." I said.

"Right. Different rules for us." Steve said.

"Nice guy, but artificial." I said.

"Thank you." Steve said.

"If he can wield the hammer, he can keep the Mind Stone. It's safe with the Vision and these days, safe is in short supply." Thor began. We all stopped walking and looked at him.

"But if you put the hammer in an elevator..." Steve began as I continued Steve's words.

"It would still go up." I said. I heard Y/N laughed.

"Elevator's not worthy." Steve said. 

"I'm going to miss these little talks of ours." Thor said as he patted my shoulder. Thor gave Y/N the hammer and Y/N just held it effortlessly.

"Well, not if you don't leave." I said.

"I have no choice." Thor said as we began to walk. "The Mind Stone is the fourth of the Infinity Stones to show up in the last few years. That's not a coincidence." We reached outside and we walked towards the garden. 

"Someone has been playing an intricate game and has made pawns of us. But once all these pieces are in position..." Thor began.

"Triple Yahtzee?" I asked as I get the glasses on my coat pocket.

"You think you can find out what's coming?" Steve asked. 

"I do. Besides this one, there's nothing that can't be explained." Thor said. I placed my arm around my wife as I listened to what Thor was saying.

"It sounds like more terrifying." Y/N said.

"I still can't believe that my wife can lift the hammer. Thor, it looks like Asgard has a new ruler." I said.

"I don't want it. Maybe I am worthy, but I don't need the position of knowing that I am worthy of ruling a kingdom." Y/N said.

"Yeah. You're worthy of being my wife and the mother of my kid." I said.

"That sounds perfect." Y/N said as she smiled at me. Y/N gave the hammer to Thor. Thor used the hammer to get back to Asgard. As he left, he left an imprint on the lawn.

"That man has no regard for lawn maintenance. I'm gonna miss him though. And you're gonna miss me. There's gonna be a lot of manful tears." I said as I got the keys to my car and click the button. The car suddenly arrives and stopped in front of us.

"I will miss you, Tony." Steve said.

"Yeah? Well, it's time for me to tap out. Maybe I should take a page out of Barton's book and build Y/N a farm, hope nobody blows it up." I said as I looked at Y/N and kissed her head.

"Nobody would, if we could hide it under." Y/N said.

"I will miss you too, Y/N." Steve said.

"I will miss you more, Steve." She went near Steve and hugged him. They both released the hug.

"The simple life." Steve described to me.

"You'll get there one day." I told him.

"I don't know, family, stability. The guy who wanted all that went in the ice seventy-five years ago. I think someone else came out." Steve said. I nodded my head and I looked at Y/N. She nod her head towards the car and I walked her to her side. I opened the door for her and she went inside. I went to my side and I opened the door and looked at Steve.

"You alright?" I asked him.

"I'm home." Steve said. I smirked at him and went inside the car. 

"See you Steve." I told him. He nod at me and I revved up the car and into the Stark tower.
