Glitches - idk what this is honestly

POV: Mumbo

I worked on the terraforming around my base. 'I can't believe that I put this off for the whole season. It's so easy.' I thought, placing down a few more dirt blocks. After a while I took out some bamboo to use. 'The most valuable item out there.' I thought happily.

While I was placing bamboo, everything suddenly turned dark. But I looked up and it wasn't dark anymore. But, the sun was moving.... backwards? And it was all jittery too. I shivered but went back to my work. My communicator buzzed like crazy, but I payed no attention to it.

All of a sudden an arrow shot by me. I turned around to see a skeleton shooting at me. "How are you not burning?!?" I screeched. I still took care of the skeleton with ease. I decided to actually check my communicator now.

I shuffled and pulled out my communicator. I opened it up.

As I was about to reply a zombie tried to kill me. I yelped, flying away. I landed by the golden heart in my base.

Suddenly everything went dark. I looked up and sure enough, the moon was going backwards too.

<XisumaVoid> okay a server meeting will start soon, everyone meet me in the shopping district.

I sighed, closing the communicator. I put it in my pocket and flew off of the platform below the heart. I landed down near my nether portal. I walked in.

It took me a bit to get to the shopping district, and I saw everyone walking in the portal. It was dark out (which freaked me out. It's never dark in hermitcraft) but the weird part was, all the mobs on Odea were burning.

I watched as more hermits came through the portal, including a very grumpy Grian. Grian walked over to me clearly annoyed. "Is everything alright?" I asked. Grian looked up at me. "No." He said bitterly. Although I could tell he was happy to see me.

I heard Xisuma starting to speak. "Does anyone know anything about this glitch? I've never seen anything like it." He said, his voice raised so everyone could hear. Most people nodded a no, but Grian nodded yes. I could tell the exact moment Grian realized he was too short for Xisuma to see him.

"Yes! I know something!" He called. Xisuma turned to him. "Can you tell us?" He asked. Grian sighed. "Yes. It's a glitch that happens after a while of a world existing. It basically tricks the time into going backwards. Like, now you can only sleep in day. Once the world goes on like this for the same amount of time as it went for before the glitch." Grian explained.

"How long is that time?" Xisuma asked.

"Uhm.... about 14 billion years?"
