The Yule Ball

~Oliver Wood~

"I thought you were going to ask Agape?!" Rose yelled at me when she entered the common room

"Stop yelling Rose" I said as I fix my tie and robe

"I don't understand you, you both have no dates but you still didn't asked her" Rose nagged

"I will ask her, just not right now" I explained which made her furious

"NOT RIGHT NOW?! Mr. Wood if you don't know the yule ball is 4 hours away" she's starting to get angry, she might turn into a lion in this manner

YIKES...

"You need to chill Rose, or else you would look like a lion in the yule instead of a swan" I said and laughed, she rolled her eyes on me and left the common room to prepare for the ball

~Agape Godfrey~

"Oh my god your dress is stunning Agape!" Trisha said as she looks at my dress, she was wearing a purple and teal sleeveless layered dress with flowers which complemented her blue eyes

"We should style your hair come here!" Poppy called me to the vanity, she was wearing a blue dress with a cape which had constellation for designs, for her love of astronomy

"Bloody hell, I am now jealous of your dress Godfrey" Linda said when she entered our room wearing an orange dress with butterfly as the strap because she loves butterfly and it is her patronus

"Where did you buy it?" Poppy asked

"Someone gave it to me, the blue box in my bed" I explained as she braids my hair into little pieces and into a big one revealing the white of my hair which Tonks colored

"Oh, the box in your bed?" Trisha said as she remembered

"Yeah, it didn't say who it was from but there was an initial or whatsoever, it was a letter R" I explained

"You hair is gorgeous, should I color my hair too?" Poppy asked when she was done braiding my hair

"Your blonde hair is already beautiful Poppy, you don't need to dye it" Trisha said while drinking her butterbeer, she really had an addiction on butterbeer she might need to seek for help

"Ms. Godfrey, you have a visitor outside the common room" a girl from a lower year knocked at our dorm making us all stop what we were doing

"Thank you" I said when I opened the door and she left

"That must be Rose, I'll see you in the ball" I said and they all waved goodbye to me as I left our room

             I went to the common room and opened the door to outside and saw Oliver waiting there, "Why are you here?" I asked as he had his hand on his back

"I just want to ask..." he stopped talking and my heart skipped a beat, "Do you want to be my date?" he started talking and showed me his right hand which had a bouquet of Baby breaths, my favorite flower

"This is so last minute" I said as I held my dress tightly in nervousness

"Am I getting rejected?" he asked as I stayed quiet for too long

"No, oh I Mean Yes, I would love to" I replied

"Great, I was about to just drag you with me if you didn't say yes" he said and laughed, I didn't laughed so he stopped and looked at me, "Sorry" he said and cleared his throat
