STAY STRONG (ON GOING AND EDITING)

chapter nine

It been a month since rosella thought that she would be destroy but after a week of nothing happening to her she was finally at rest ,work has been going on smoothly for her . She and Jane friendship has now be growing stronger as each day passes......oh have I also forgot to mention that rosella and her team work on a big project that came out successfully..... actually it was all on rosella...... before the project each team was ask to work on a design for an estate there were given just a week which was a short period of time , so that week was a busy week for the interior designers , luckily for there rosella team ,rosella was already working on a design .....with her design and the design from her other team members there were able to come out with something.

There was a rule place in rosella team that any new member of the team would be the one to present for their team....... Rosella was very happy at the same time nervous . When Adria heard that rosella was the one who would be representing their team she laughed saying that rosella was good for nothing person and that Cassie was a fool for handling such a huge project to rosella .......rosella did the one peaceful thing she knows she ignore her and also try to avoid her .

On the day of the presentation although rosella was nervous she was determined to win the project ........so each of the team brought out their design and there were ask a question and one of the question was

"Why do you think we should choose your design for the project "

Almost each of the different team said the same thing but rosella said something different making her team stand out and their design was choosen for the project . Rosella was congratulated.After the project Adria hated rosella and promise to give rosella a hard time.

Right now rosella is sitting on her chair her eyes on her computer and her hands working on her keyboard.

"Ok everybody look up "Cassie said as she walk into the up office , making everyone moving their eyes from their computer looking at her ,hearing what ever announcement that she was about to make

"I guess most of you know Dave shaw .......we would be working on a design for him for the new house he his buying"Cassie said with a bright smile on her face.They were muttering and whisphering in the office , which seems as if they where shock , Cassie who seems to know the reason for their whispers and mutters continue

"I Know some of you might be thinking why didn't adria and her team be the one handling whatever design he want ....."

Who is Dave Shaw and why do they think Adria should be one handling it

Rosella thought as she was been confuse in what the mutters and whisper was all about and she doesn't even know who this Dave Shaw was although she had spend a month working in company no one has ever mention his name to her not even Jane

"You guys know that the design for the project we handle was a huge success and our design was use for the project , so you see it caught lot of people attention and some of them want us to do their design and Dave Shaw is one of them beside we got like four more people.......so guys we really have a lot on our plate and it seems like there are more coming and I hope we are ready to give them our best....ok guys you can now go back to whatever you are doing , I got things to do and if I come back I would show you the building and what kind of design we will use ......... OR"Cassie was thinking of what to say "what about we share ourselves into three groups ,each group would be working for each of this person , how do you see it? Does it even make any sense "she suggested waiting for a response

"I think that is a good idea at least there won't be too much pressure on us "rosella said and the rest of them agree

"Ok that is settled, if I come back I would share you guys into groups "Cassie said and work out of the office. Everyone of them went back to what there were doing

"Who is Dave Shaw ?and why do you guys think Adria and her team should be the one who was suppose to handle the design he need"rosella ask with a confuse look on her face .

Rosella and her team went to have lunch together expect of Cassie who had important things to do

"Jane didn't tell you I thought you guys were close and seems she like poking her nose into other people business I thought you already know everything by now"Beck one of their team member said scarstically

"Watch your tongue beck and mind you I don't poke my nose into other people business... bipolar"Jane scowl at beck who only eyed her "I didn't tell her about Dave Shaw because I really don't like him and I felt it wasn't really important and I also thought that since we got no business with him why bother to waste my saliva talking about him" Jane said and beck just rolled her eyes at her

"Dave Shaw family and the boss are kinda friends and also from what I heard Dave Shaw is the boss godson so he his an important person in the company "Alex told rosella since both Jane and beck weren't ready to tell her

"But how did Adria come in all this "rosella ask still not getting the answer she wanted

"I am sure that Jane might have told you what happen between her and Adria"Alex question and rosella nodded her head

"So you see lot of people wanted their team to do their design just like the way we are having lots of people who want us to do their design......so you see Dave Shaw was one of their client a major one at that cause he his a real estate agency either he sell a house or buy a house so you see whatever design he want Adria and her team are always on it and we also thought that since Adria is the boss distant relative and Dave the boss godson so we thought whatever business he has with company Adria would be at is service no one else ....so that why they were whisper and mutters when Cassie announce that he got work for us "Alex explain making rosella finally understand.

After their lunch beck , David and Alex were the first to head toward the office living both rosella and Jane behind.

Walking toward the elevator Jane and rosella started a conversation

"Does beck always pick at you"rosella ask referring to the incident that happened at the table

"No sometimes she is just been a bitch after adria incident"

"But it wasn't actually your fault"

"It was actually my fault.......you know this company has a policy ,if for instant your design was use for a big project your salary will be higher, so you see it kind of my fault if I weren't that foolish but now I am happy since we won this big project our salary will be higher "Jane said happily as they got into the elevator

"And what make you not like Dave Shaw do you two have any past"rosella ask raising an eyebrow

"God forbid that will never happen , beside he is not my type ...... according to what I heard he is a single father and they said his baby mama left him and from what I also heard she is kind of mentally ill but some people said she alright now and she is working , but I don't know what kind of work ,I really don't know why but I just don't like him but we both have the same dislike"Jane smirk

"And what would that be "

"We both dislike.....Adria"Jane said causing rosella to burst out laughing

"You aren't serious"rosella said between laughter

"No am serious "Jane said also laughing

"You are really funny if you say that he dislike Adria why was he working with her"

"It is because he is the boss godson and adria the boss distant relative beside her team won the big project so he had to work with her"

"Correction she didn't win it she stole it "

"Yeah you right "the elevator made a ding sound and they step out of it.

Cassie later came and share them into group.......beck and David will be working on a design for one of the client . Jane was happy when she and rosella would be working together on a design but she wasn't that happy to know it was going to be Dave's. Cassie and Alex would be working together for another client.
