The thud the box made made the older Kaiba stir again, and he opened his eyes, and saw my shocked expression. I couldn't help but stare at the gorgeous ring that was laying on the floor before me, and a defeated looking rich man. He saw that the box was facing me as it was opened, but then he looked up at me, smiling.

"Seto, I-"

"Marry me?"

Seto's POV

I asked her the question that was meant for obviously a later time. I wasn't planning on this even happening, but oh well. I smiled at her, waiting and slowly becoming impatient. Julia's shocked expression never left her face, so I decided to gently get up holding Preston in my arm and making my over sized trench coat into a padded blanket. I laid him down on it and I got down on one knee picking up the ring in the box that was on the floor, and I held it out looking back up at her. 

"Marry me, Julia?" 

Her hands eventually made way to her face, and she began to cry. My expression softened, as I had no idea how to react, was she going to say no?

"Seto, we've been together for less than 2 weeks and you had this planned?" She asked me between sobs. But, I looked closer at her face emotions. She was smiling. 

"Basically." Julia chuckled at my bland answer, but then she nodded and hugged me tightly when I stood up, placing it on her right ring finger. 

"I love you." 

I smiled in the crook of her neck as I hugged her tightly, and I told her my love back. I open my eyes to see my little brother, Mokuba giving me a thumbs up with his smile.

I'm happy, I feel so happy. I have never felt this happiness before. 

I let her go and I kissed her.

I groaned in the kiss when my laptop was notifying me for an online meeting. 

"Ha, I guess you should take care of that. I'll take Preston though." Julia offered, but I shook my head. 

"Give me 5 minutes." I kissed her forehead and she nodded, walking out of my home office with my little brother. 

I walked over to my laptop, opened it and answered the video call. Then, I picked up Preston and held him in my arms gently so he wouldn't wake up so I could sit down. 

Julia's POV

I couldn't stop looking at the ring that was placed on my finger. It was so beautiful, I couldn't believe this, even though I know it was too early to get married. My heart didn't want me to say no. It was pounding, like I knew I needed the love. Even though Joshua Ingram didn't propose, we were together for a long time, over 2 years and he even got me pregnant. I guess it takes a boy to give you a real man. 

"Julia? Earth to Julia?" I looked away from my ring and saw Mokuba cracking up. 

"What, you silly boy?" I smiled at him laughing. 

"You! You were staring at your ring for so long that you could run into the wall!" I rolled my eyes and gave the younger Kaiba a smirk. 

"I'm sure." I ruffled his hair and I walked to the room Seto and I shared heading into the bathroom. 

I pulled out my phone while I was using the bathroom and I was taking pictures of the ring that Seto placed on my hand. I was too in love with this, and him. I had no idea why I accepted such an early proposal, even though my heart was leaning towards it like my life depended on it. But then, I thought about something. 

I set my phone down so I could finish using the restroom, and I got up to wash my hands, but I took the ring off first. I applied the soap to my already wet hands and washed them real good, then turned off the water after the soap was off my hands and wrists, then I reached over for the small towel, drying them off. 

knock knock

I walked over to the door after I put my phone in my back pocket. I opened the door to reveal Seto, who was holding Preston's hand.

"Mama?" Preston walked over to me and I stooped down to see him.

"Hi, Bubba. Did you have a nice nap?" He nodded as he gripped on my hands and he saw the ring on my hand. 

"Ring?" He touched it and gently played with it on my finger, and I couldn't help but laugh. 

"Yes, Bubba. Mommy's going to get married." Preston looked up at me and he had a huge smile on his face. 

"You're marrying daddy?!" 

Hearing that made me so happy, and I looked up at my now fiance, who was smirking. I looked down back to Preston who was jumping up and down at the excitement that filled the bathroom. 

"Yes, Preston. We are getting married."
