HANNAH

Nicholas is kissing me.

And it felt so good.

But this is not right.

Instinctively, I stepped back and slapped him hard on the cheek.

I then wiped my mouth with the back of my hand as he held his cheek with his hand.

"I guessed that answered my question." He said dismissively.

My hand mark on his face looked so visible. I felt the pain he felt when he touched it, red and angry.

"It was great seeing you again, Hannah..." He looked at me intently as if begging me to do not do this.

I tried to make my gaze fiercer that he cowered.

"...my rival.", he said as his finishing touch.

He subsequently walked out of the door, and out of my life.

My heart is wrenching now as I saw his back slowly fading from my vision.

I closed the door behind me and did not even have the strength to walk back to my bed for comfort.

My legs weakened as I sat on the floor and cried the whole night.
