I wonder what monster he was, Cassius thought as he laid on his couch. It felt good to be at home, Cassius took out his phone and saw a text from Jessica, and they were communicating for an hour until Cassius let go of the phone and started to do homework. Cassius finished all of his home work except math. It was to difficult to understand the mathematics that he closed his binder in frustration. Then the line of Lilith came into his head. You know I can come to your house and help you with your math homework. That sentence alone made shivers appear on his back, but in a good way somehow. The words that came just so naturally.

Dinner came, and his mom was in front of him eating her chicken with beans as he did the same. It was quiet between the two as Vicotria looked exhausted. It was pretty common for her exhaustion to show through once she was done with work. However, it seemed to be different today. So he decided just to keep quiet, even if she was looking at Cassius worriedly, then she looked away before he noticed. Vicoria's tail became so jittery she had to shift into her human legs to contain them.

The air between became cloudy, and Cassius stood up. "I'm going to my room now. So-"

"Cassius, honey," Victoria said as calmly as she could; she didn't want her nerves to get the best of her.

"Yeah, mom?" Cassius looked at her and sat back down. She took a deep breath before speaking.

"I just wanted to tell you that.." She couldn't look at his eyes; then she changed it to a smile. It was as though all of her worried disappeared as though it was never there. "I hope you had a good day at school. Rest well for tomorrow." She said.

Cassius wanted to shutter at the thought of school. Until then he thought of Dr.Robin, he did help Cassius feel as though he was able to relive his pent up emotions. He wanted to tell his mom about him and what happened regarding Lilith, but then his mom had her head on her hand, and her elbow was on the table, her eyes were closed as though she were sleeping. He didn't want to disturb her, and he went into his room for the night.

One week later passed for Cassius. It was officially Thursday, December 10, only two days until the school festival. The school seemed busy as the talk of the school was the discussion of the school festival. New decorations were placed as some clubs helped set up decorations by flying or levitating to help around the school.

Lilith smiled as she was next to Jackie, and they were stapling the paper decorations on the bulletin board. Jakie couldn't help but admire the student council president as she would sneak in looks and blush when the president looked at her and smiled. A warm feeling always towards Jackie chest, a light sweet tingling sensation.

"I'm just so excited about the school festival that's coming. It was such a great idea that you had for the festival as always; you never fail to disappoint this school." Jackie said.

"I try to maintain a high reputation for this school's image, as the student council president, that is one of my responsibilities," Lilith said, and she was done with the last decoration. She looked at Jackie's side, and she was only halfway done. "Jackie, do you need help on your side? I wouldn't mind assisting you."

Jackie panicked as she accidentally dropped the stapler and looked at Lilith. "Oh no, I couldn't possibly ask you to help me. I can do this on my own, I'm sure someone else could use your help, or you have other business to take care of."

"Alright, then. I shall head to the student council room to retrieve some papers I left." Lilith turned and walked away, Jackie looked at the bulletin board and cursed herself for getting distracted, and she picked up the pace finishing her work.

Lilith walked down the hall as a bunch of students were bowing at her, as a sign of respect. This caused Lilith to smile how it felt like the school was in her hands. Suddenly Lilith felt an unsettled feeling in her stomach, and she smelled the air. She had a feeling who the monster was, and she clenched her teeth with her mouth closed. And she sped walk towards the A building exiting the B building.

Cassius felt like he didn't get a good rest, and it wasn't because the homework was killing him, or that he had been trying to avoid Lilith or getting advice from Dr.Robin, but because of the dream, he had last night.

He was trapped in a dim building, making it hard to see, and he could hear the sound of Lilith's voice around each corner. He panted heavily as he tried to feel his cross, but he didn't feel it. He looked down at his neck, and there was no sign of Pandora. His legs felt weak, and suddenly he couldn't walk anymore. His legs felt like stone, and he stood there like a sitting duck. The more he turned around, there was still nothing. Then he felt the breath of Lilith by his ear.

"I found you, " Lilith said. He didn't turn his head as she walked in front of them, their faces close to each other. "What do you not like me anymore?" she questioned, her white furry tail was out along with her wolf ears. He couldn't help but noticed it, then he went back to her eyes, and he couldn't hold them any longer, and he closed his eyes tightly as though she was about to smack him. But instead, she brought her lips to his, kissing him tenderly.

Cassius walked down the hallway, getting the dream of Lilith out of his mind. He needed to continue somehow surviving in his school, but it was hard when it felt like someone was always watching him; at first, he thought it was Skylar, but after that day at the bus stop, she hadn't returned, and he wondered what happened to her. He took his mind away from that to.

"Are you Cassius Bryers?" A female voice said.

Cassius turned and saw a girl that looked like it could be Lilith's sister; her hair was a light purple inside of a mid-tone like Lilith's, as she had blackish gray eyes similar to him. She looked poised, she had that CEO energy that Lilith had, and he felt nervous about speaking. But at the same time, it could also never compare to how much of a charade monster Lilith was.

"Yes, that's my name," Cassius noticed she had a white school outfit that indicated she came from a different school. On the collar shirt showed a symbol that she was a second year, while Cassius and Lilith were third years.

"Good, now before Lilith comes, I need to speak with you." She said, and grabbed his arm. She pulled him into the janitor's closet, the same one that Lilith and Cassius went in. She pulled him inside and turned on the light; he was surprised by how well she knew this school; it seemed she knew better then he did.

"My name is Kia Zeta; I am Lilith's younger sister," Kia said.
