Nick and I sit on the sofas in the theatre room, music playing softly.
"After we broke up, I was so depressed that I started drinking really bad." Nick sighs.
"I'm so sorry I hurt you." I look down at my hands.
"Hey, look at me." He says. I slowly look up at him. "I hurt you. You just reacted like most people would." He says.
"I overreacted. You only had eyes for me and I fucked it all up just because I was jealous." I look away from him.
"You were understandably jealous, Y/n. I still only have eyes for you." He says.
"Oh, Nick. I think for right now, we just need to be friends. If we both feel it's right in about a month or so, we can date again, okay?" I caress his cheek.
"Okay." He sighs sadly. I kiss him.
"I'll always love you, Nicky-bear." I smile.
"I'll always love you, teddy bear." He smiles back. He pulls me into a hug. We watch American Horror Story and eat snacks.
"I should go to sleep. I'm gonna. break up with Bryce tomorrow, I can't with him anymore." I smile at Nick.
"Okay. Also, can I still call you 'teddy bear?'" He asks.
"Only if I still get to call you 'Nicky-bear.'" I smile.
"Deal." He smiles.
"Goodnight, Nicky-bear." I get up.
"Goodnight, teddy bear." He shuts off the television. He stands and hugs me. I go to my room and shower. I change into a pair of grey sweatpants and a white cropped string strap tank top. I get in bed and cuddle with Cobain. I fall asleep, thinking about how I am going to break up with Bryce.
