Ben led the group along the front lawn of Auradon prep, rumbling on with his pre-prepared explanation of the school's history. "Auradon prep, originally built over 300 years ago and converted into a high school by my father when he became king," Ben said, stopping the group in front of a statue of his father. Ben smiled clapping his hands and the statue of King Beast turned from human form into his beastly form, from when he was under the enchantress's curse.
At the Statues transforming Carlos let out a scream and jumped into the arms of the nearest person. The small white-haired, Weiss catching him instinctively. "Carlos, It's okay. My father wanted his statue to morph from beast to man to remind us that anything is possible." Ben said, turning to look at Carlos who was still in Weiss's arms.
Weiss looked down at Carlos in her arms before dropping him, Carlos muttering a quick "Sorry," to Weiss then turning to the rest of the group trying to play it cool, his face a light shade of red. Queenie laughed at the red on her friend's cheeks, and the similar shade of red, creeping onto Weiss's face. Alistair tried not to, but he chuckled too, just finding Queenie's laugh so adorable not to laugh with her.
"Does he shed much?" Mal asked jokingly. Queenie's laughter dying down, Alistair's quickly doing the same.
"Yeah, mom won't let him on the couch." Ben joked back, smiling over at Mal. Audrey still clutched to Ben's arm, didn't seem too happy that her boyfriend was joking around with Maleficent's daughter.
The group continued walking. Carlos attempted to change the statue back, by clapping but nothing changed. Weiss chuckled slightly at the boy, "It will only work for Ben and King Beast," she explained walking past the white-haired boy and following the others into the school. Carlos was running after her.
The tour came to an end in the residence building that the five vks would be moving into. They entered the building's front hall. Most of the building was made in dark wood, a staircase on either side of the front door, and a fireplace on the wall across from the door. "So you guys have a lot of magic here in Auradon? Like wands and things like that?" Mal asked.
Ben turned to look at Mal, Audrey still holding onto his arm. "Yeah, it exists of course, but It's pretty much retired. Most of us here are just ordinary mortals." Ben explained.
"Who happened to be kings and queens." Mal pointed out.
"That's true. Our royal blood goes back hundreds of years." Audrey chuckled happily wrapping Ben's arm around her and smiling up at him.
"So, does mine," Queenie said. Audrey glanced over at her with a clearly fake smile on her face. Ben looked uncomfortable with his girlfriend's attitude towards the villain kids. Weiss was also not happy with the way Audrey was acting, even if Audrey thought this was a bad idea she could at least try to trust Ben. Alistair didn't seem to pick up on the weirdness of the group, he just stood next to Weiss continuing to watch Queenie, a goofy smile on his face.
