i realize how white washed aphmau characters are,
and how much i followed that outline for their face claims :,) so here's me trying better bUT i NEED more suggestions so don't be shy to share them!!! i still don't feel satisfied with this casting >:(

not everyone is going to visualize these characters the same way that i do, but here's how i view them when they're not minecraft blocks :)

GARROTH RO'MEAVE.

Alex Pettyfer, sPECIFICALLY in 2008-2011 would be a perfect fit for the cat–loving blond. He's the perfect mix of scruffy and pretty–boy.

bonus points !!!   the actor is british :)

sebastian croft  as
LAURENCE Z'VHAL.

Not only does Sebastian dress the part, but his mannerisms and expressions fit my idea of Laurence perfectly. Charming voice, dorky charisma, and an irreplaceable smile; meet the captain of the soccer team!

xolo maridueña  as
DANTE FORRESTER.

Main thing I have to say about Xolo is "hubba hubba." I saw this man and immediately gASPED. Like, iMAGINE him with Dante's blue hair–

nils allen "booboo" stewart jr.  as
TRAVIS VALCRUM.

Travis is a really tough role to fill. Booboo Stewart not only has the timid nature of high school Travis, but also grows into one of the most rizzolicious actors I've seen. White hair and emerald eyes would suit him well!

taylor zakhar perez  as
AARON LYCAN.

I stand by this choice still. Taylor Zakhar Perez can portray the grump, the growl, and the pizazz that Aaron brings to the high school hallways. I also feel like he'd rock a buzzed head, and Aaron really gives buzzcut season during the early seasons of the series.

joshua bassett  as
VYLAD RO'MEAVE.

I cannot find better options for Vylad :/ so Joshua Bassett will keep his place here until I find someone better. I still feel like if you take Josh from 2022, you got solid Vylad casting. Especially from the crisis music video.

Bonus points !!! Picture this: A forest green scarf, scruffy hair, and a face full of tinted freckles.

lucas jade zumann as
ZANE RO'MEAVE.

This is the best casting I can find for the way I picture Zane, but I still don't feel the best about it. Picture the icy blue stare, and his black curls hiding half of his face. Lucas definitely gives a good side eye, and Zane definitely needs the best side eye known to humankind.

like i said, this is a process. i'm still not 100% on all of these, so i'd love to hear what you guys think! this is just my interpretation :)
