Ch-38 Tempest

So after our little encounter with the Morris guy we were finally ready to enter the Tempest.

Since three of the rooms were empty Me, Michi and Cirun went in at the same time.

Kuril didn't enter because she was aiming to be a mage and so she didn't need to participate in combat training. I was curious about thearks she got during exams so I asked her about that, she told me that since she is mage her combat exam was taken at the level of a mage and since she is a little bit good in combat she scored more than any other mage.

When I entered the room I found myself in a hallway. I walked forward and ended up in a big room. The room was circular with a large dome shape roof on top. There were four doors in the four directions, one from which I came in and the other three maybe for golems. it was like I was in some sort of Roman gladiator arena.

Then three doors opened and golems started walking out.  The golems that entered were wearing the knight armor. Well, not wearing rather they were the armor. These golems were made using knight armor, so they were the empty shell of armors but that didn't mean that they are weak, each one is as strong as a grown human male and I was surrounded by almost 10 of them.

Each golem is around the same height of about 6 foot 3. They all have a sword, some also have a shield.

They all surrounded. None of them was attacking nor were they in a battle pose, they were standing there with their weapon out. I also unsheathed my weapon, the two long swords, and took the battle pose. As soon as I did that all the golems also took the battle pose. There was this ominous feeling I was getting.

Up until now, I had only fought with Master, Michi, and some guards. But that was only during training and it always 1v1, but right now I am surrounded by 10 opponents. I am getting scared but more than that I am excited.

After seeing so many opponents I was excited as to what the outcome of the will be, how many will I be able to defeat?

I was soon going to get an answer because the fight is about to start.

Since getting attacked first could be dangerous I decided to take the initiative, so I attacked the two golems in front of me. I rushed towards them and slashed my sword at one of the golems from the side, it blocked it but I aimed my second sword in its head and pierced it. Soon after that, it started vibrating and finally broke into pieces that disappeared after some time. these golems can only be defeated if you deal with major damage to their chest and head part or cut off their hands and legs. Since cutting off the hands and legs was difficult I was aiming for their chest and head.

After dealing with the first one, I aimed for the chest of the second, but it dogged it and then swung his sword from the above I jumped back but then a sword came from the side I blocked it but was thrown off in the center.

A golem then ran towards me, judging from its moment he was going to attack from the side which it did and I blocked and then tried to pierce its chest but a golem jumped in and blocked the attacked.

I quickly jumped, I was feeling a humming sensation on my hand but it was soon gone.

Attacking the other golem was easy but it was not the same for the golems with the shield, so I decided to use that.

Even though using magic was prohibited inside the training room but using weapon enchantments that were applied beforehand were allowed and that is what I am going to use now.

I activated [Vibration]. It was one of my original [Enchant] that I applied to the swords and Daggers. It makes the blade vibrate at a very high frequency making it cut big boulders like butter.
