Thor P.O.V
My father called me for some 'important talk' about a peace treaty. He insisted so I had to leave Midgard and go home. Honestly I enjoyed the action more than the politics. Good thing my father was king, I was good as a warrior and prince.

I reluctantly left the avengers and called Heimdall who brought me to Asgard. I was greeted with bows and curtsies as I walked toward the meeting chamber. Living with all this had gotten me used to it and so I had no qualm against the continuous show of respect toward me. But to be polite, I nodded back towards them, to show that I had acknowledged them. I also spoke with the higher members of my fathers court, just to be polite. after a few words were exchanged I went

"Father! Shall we get started?" I asked. When he answered the affirmative I spoke again. "With whom is this treaty going to be signed?"
"With the Greeks."
I was so shocked that I gasped. The Greeks were known to be the most powerful gods. Above all, Norse, Egyptian, Roman. This was an incredible opportunity for us. If we were to successfully sign a treaty with them, then we would be restored to our former pride and glory.

"But, son, this treaty would be a bit more...substantial." As soon as father said that, I knew there was a catch.
"What are you talking about, father?"
"A marriage."

As soon as I heard those words, my mind went on overdrive. It would be extremely beneficial to us because a marriage between immortal beings was, well, forever. There was no way the Greek would go back on their word if this was done. So in all I felt that my father had taken the right decision to propose an arranged marriage with them. A question arose in my mind as I thought about it.
"Who will be married?" I asked expecting, one of the princesses or princes of the court. The answer which was given, stunned me to my very core.

"You will be married to Persia Jackson, saviour of Olympus."

As far as the stories go, I was pretty sure that lady Persia would never agree to something like an arranged marriage. She had never even pursued a relationship before, and to think that she will marry!

And as far as I was concerned, I wanted to live a little bit longer. It wasn't the idea of marrying that was daunting for me, it was the idea of marrying Lady Persia.

Some might say that I was lucky to marry her, considering her legendary beauty and also the fact that she was so popular and respected. I was sure that every Asgardian knew of her breathtaking beauty. I had never had the opportunity to meet her, but I had heard about her.

She had luscious, wavy black hair which reached her hips and very closely resembled the waves of the sea. She had a perfect figure, lean and fit with long, tan legs. Smooth tanned skin and plump, pink lips complimented her striking sea-green eyes. It was said that her eyes could change from a sparkling sea-green to a dark green which resembled a raging sea, in less than a second if angered.

Hopefully I would not be at the receiving end of those eyes.
