Stiles and Derek were in the middle of nowhere. Literally.
They just one day decided to drive with no destination to just get away from everything.
In the car they were listening to Derek's music:80's rock.
The volume wasn't very loud so it was considered "background music" as Stiles put it.
"If all goes well on this little trip, would you want to do it every month?", Stiles asked.
Derek didn't answer, he just put his hand on Stiles' thigh and gently squeezed it.
It was his way of saying maybe, which most of the time was a yes so Stiles grinned widely.
When they saw a dessert-like area with a water faucet and a table, they stopped driving.
When they went up to the table, all that they could really see were telephone poles and a few cacti.
Stiles grabbed the basket from Derek's hand and set it on the table.
"Let's eat later.", Stiles said.
Derek was confused, but then Stiles attacked his lips as put his arms around his neck.
Derek kissed him back as he wrapped Stiles' legs around him.
They sat down at the table with Derek's legs out as they continued making out.
"God, you're so sexy.", Stiles said as Derek pulled his hair. Stiles bit Derek's bottom lip which let out a moan from Derek.
Stiles then unbutton Derek's pants and said,"I've never done it in the desert before." with a seductive voice. Derek mumbled between kisses,"Not this time, babe."
Stiles ignored him and went under his shirt and started taking it off.
Derek stop kissing him and firmly held Stiles' wrists as he said,"Not today, babe. I'm sorry but- not this time."
Stiles' face looked disappointed as he got off of Derek and stood in front of him. "No that's cool-um...yeah it's okay.", Stiles said.
"It's not that I'm not attracted to you, babe. I think you're sexy as hell...but I'm just not in the mood." Derek said apologetic.
Stiles calmed down a little bit as he held Derek's hands.
"Okay. That's cool." Stiles said, smiling.
Derek then turned his body so that it was facing that table.
"Come on. Sit behind me." Derek said, pulling Stiles. Stiles finally obliged and sat behind him with his arm on Derek's shoulder.
They started talking about everything. They talked about the new creature that's in Beacon Hills, college, Scott and Kira's relationship, Stiles' past, Derek's past, and everything in between.
After a long time of talking, they just sat there, and were enjoying the scenery they were in.
Derek kissed Stiles hand before saying,"God, I could stay like this forever."
Stiles let out a deep breath before saying,"...I'm pregnant..."
There was a pause but then Derek slowly turned around to look at Stiles.
Stiles saw the look on Derek's face and immediately stood up from the table.
"I don't know how it happened but I swear I am and I talked to Deaton and he has never heard of anything like it but...but I love you, Der. And if I'm gonna do this, I wanna do it with you. No one else." Stiles said nervously.
Derek stood up from the table and faced Stiles as he said,"Are you sure you're pregnant?"
Stiles nodded frantically.
"You know what this means, right?", Derek said getting closer to Stiles.
Scared of saying anything stupid, Stiles shook his head.
Derek was hovering over Stiles as he put his hands on either side of Stiles' head and said,"It means we gotta get married."
Stiles' face lit up,"Really?!"
Derek nodded before attacking Stiles' lips in a passionate kiss.
Derek let go of the kiss and got down on one knee. Stiles nearly squealed as Derek took out a ring.
"Will you-"
"Yes, yes, yes, you big Sour Wolf. I'll marry you!" Stiles exclaimed.
Derek put the ring on his finger and kissed Stiles' stomach. Even though it was still flat, he knew their baby was somewhere in there, waiting to be born.
