Well, a lot of people seemed to buy ice cream in February because there were a bunch of them lined up outside the windows, waiting for the cashiers to take their orders before waiting off to the side in the cold February night.

"Yes you idiot," Taehyung snipped.

"But why are we here?" Jungkook asked. He felt like his arms were about to break off, hell he could even see his own clouds of air.

"I'm angry," Taehyung simply answered. "So I want ice cream."

"Next in line!" one of the cashiers called, the person in front of them walked up to place their order.

"I don't have my wallet with me," Jungkook mentioned.

"Well, I guess you can't get any then," Taehyung replied. "Must suck to suck."

"Next!" the cashier called, Taehyung walking up to the counter, a sulking Jungkook following behind.

"You're mean," Jungkook whispered to himself.

"Hello, what would you like?" The man greeted, gesturing to the large poster hung up on the wall, the menu having all sorts of different flavors and specials.

"Can I have the caramel apple sundae?" Taehyung answered.

"Is that all?"

Taehyung glanced behind him before looking back with a smile, "yup."

"Alright, your total is 4.75, your order should be ready soon," the cashier instructed.

"Thank you," Taehyung replied before dragging Jungkook off to a small bench, the other still silently pouting.

"I can't believe you're making me suffer like this," Jungkook mentioned.

Taehyung glanced at the other, not responding.

"Are you seriously giving me the silent treatment now?" Jungkook asked, still no reply. Jungkook sighed as Taehyung's order was called, watching as the other went to go collect it.

Jungkook stared at his hands, he didn't know why he felt slightly guilty, he didn't mean to offend the other, no one has ever reacted that way before.

Girls ad guys would swoon over Jungkook even if he said they were ugly, thankful that the Jeon Jungkook had actually noticed them.

Jungkook had definitely not expected Taehyung's outburst.

Jungkook looked back up when he felt Taehyung's presence return, holding a small cup of ice cream, steam rolling off the top of the fresh piece of apple pie placed on top, caramel drizzled over it.

"Here," Taehyung murmured as he sat down, holding out a small spoon to Jungkook.

Jungkook immediately tensed, eyeing the utensil. The thing was white plastic, nothing that could possibly harm him but he couldn't help but despise the thing.

"Umm, Jungkook?" Taehyung spoke, gaining the attention of the other.

"Y-yeah?" Jungkook responded, still not taking his eyes off of the spoon.

"Are you gonna take it?" Taehyung asked, tapping the spoon on the boy's shoulder, raising an eyebrow as he noticed the way the other seemed to flinch back.

"I'm good," Jungkook whispered.

There was a moment of silence, all the chatter, and the laughter of others seemed to drown out.

"Are you afraid of it?" Taehyung finally spoke.

Jungkook's eyes widened, "What! Of course not!"

"You're lying," Taehyung deadpanned.

"No, I'm not," Jungkook replied.

"Don't lie to me," Taehyung ordered.

Jungkook finally nodded his head, accepting his defeat. "Fine, I am."

There was another pause of silence, Jungkook didn't like it at all, practically yelling at the other to at least say something.

Jungkook expected the laughter, watching as Taehyung burst into tears of laughter, the top half of him doubling over.

"Laugh all you want," Jungkook sighed, finding interest in his fingers.

"I'm sorry," Taehyung apologized, trying to calm himself. "How do you eat things? Like ice cream or macaroni?"

"Cones and forks, duh."

"Yeah, that was stupid of me to ask," Taehyung admitted. "What about soup?"

"Sporks," Jungkook whispered quietly.

Taehyung resisted the urge to laugh again, "I don't know why but I find this oddly adorable," Taehyung spoke.

Jungkook looked up, his cheeks immediately heating up.

"I-."

"Hang on, I'll be right back," Taehyung interrupted, getting up from his seat. Jungkook watches Taehyung's retreating figure disappear once again.

Jungkook waited for Taehyung, watching as others ordered their ice cream and ate happily with their loved ones.

Taehyung soon returned, a waffle cone in his hand. "I got you vanilla because you're a plain bitch."

"I feel so touched," Jungkook chuckled, taking the cone as Taehyung sat down beside him again.

The truth is, Jungkook was touched, he couldn't help but feel a slight warmth pooling in his chest, he felt happy for once.

Jungkook could definitely say he was on good terms with Taehyung now? Maybe not, who knows, the boy seemed to always be on his man period, his mood swings we're no joke.

The two just sat there in the freezing cold, the ice cream making it even colder than before.

"Jungkook."

"Yeah?"

"I guess I can tolerate you somewhat," Taehyung admitted.
