I swung my light saber towards Ben it was early morning now and the run rise gleamed in the horizon. What was left of the glistening stars slowly left through the sky allowing the rising sun creep into the day . My mind was wide open my thoughts running into the breeze a felt bens presence enter my mind trying to reach my soul he watched memories of when I had first joined the resistance and the long days I spent training to become a Jedi . Ben shut down his mothers light saber and sat down on a rock close to the training ground . I sensed his guilt pouring through his blood . Han
"Ben??"
"I didn't kill him" his words raced through my pulse his brown eyes turned red staring at the ground ashamed of who I thought he was
"What?"
"I didn't kill my father he did"
"Ben I don't know what to say"
"Rey I can't explain it..... read in my mind I can show you"
"Ben.."
"You trust me don't you?"
"Always"
I pushed the force from my mind to his and it took me into his memory he left open .
The thunderous snow pouring down on star killer base. The darkness of metal cascading off the walls .
"Ben" Hans voice echoed through the room as he began to walk to towards his son. I felt the way he felt conflict minutes passed of me watching his memory seeing Han touch his face the screams as his own father ignited his saber. It was to much to take I exited his mind and stared into his eyes they were hurt then it hit me . Maz her words from when I entered his legendary story "the belonging you seek is not behind you it is ahead" Ben he was my belonging . Love . Me and Ben two that are one . That's why he trusted me and no one else . Our souls clicked . I stared into his weeping eyes his staring back at mine . My hand coursed through his chestnut hair I wanted this momment to last forever juts me and him no war no decisions juts living in the moment . Our lips locked for the first time I felt happy Ben was mine and I was his . We didn't have to say that we just knew.
