What if Ben Solo didn't die at the end of Episode IX: Rise of Skywalker? Here's what I think would happen. Spoilers. Duh.

It was never supposed to happen this way. If she had known what she would lose on this path, she never would've taken it. Sometimes fate has a funny way of reminding us who's in charge.

Rey reached out her hand over the fire. She could see the conflict in his eyes as he tried to stop himself from pulling off his glove and reaching out. Life after the Resistance has not proved to be what the team hoped it would be. Rey has been struggling to move on after the life and death of Ben Solo/Kylo Ren. She must come to terms with his evil acts and his last actions. Finn must be honest with his feelings, and Poe is expected to be the shining light for all. Will the trio cope with their ongoing issues? Or will they succumb to their struggles?

Ever since he was just fifteen years old he has had a dark presence in his mind, a dark manipulative voice that infected his mind until he became the violent and destructive machine that Supreme Leader Snoke wanted him to be. But now there's a presence. A light presence within the force that he can sense pulling him to the light. This presence is Rey, just some nobody scavenger from Jakku. Rey Skywalker wants to bring Ben Solo back to life through cloning - a dark art of the force. Meanwhile, Poe and Finn struggle to rebuild the Galactic Republic.

The Reylo Fanfiction takes place between The Last Jedi and The Rise Of Skywalker and will contain spoilers from both films as a result. This book is the first in a series but it is written in a way where you can enjoy it by itself. The next book after this one is called Searching For You Episode 2. Rey has mended Luke's lightsaber with the help of his sister Leia. Leia has also taken it upon her self to continue the young girls training in the light side of the force by using what she remembers from her own training. Kylo Ren does not understand why Rey's rejection to join him has hurt him so much. He has also been trying to hide his betrayal against the First Order. Ever since Snoke was killed at his hand everyone has been skeptical about letting him lead them. Meanwhile, the force has a mysterious plan for these two which involves deepening their connection even further. Eventually forcing them to hide their connection from everyone and sneak away to meet each other in private.

*RISE OF SKYWALKER SPOILERS* Kylo knew his life returning wasn't a mistake, as he tries to rectify the old ones... But can he?

*IF YOU HAVE NOT SEEN RISE OF SKYWALKER DO NOT READ* after recent movie Star wars: The rise of Skywalker Finally defeating Palpatine, Rey gets resurrected from Ben who gives up his life to save hers. But what if Ben never died? What would life be like for Ben Solo? With war finally at peace, Rey must figure out a way to restore the Jedi Order, if it's the right thing to do. With Ben Solo at her side and her friends, Poe and Finn, what could go wrong? Will Ben and Rey fall in love? Or Will someone fall into the dark side? What will happen to the hero's that's in a galaxy far far away...

The Last Order was given and it fell. The Order has fallen and it is no more. The Resistance still fights but more in the background making sure not to make the same mistake twice. How does one do that in a galaxy tired from war? With hope that is how. Rey Skywalker, leads the public battle that is fading fast. Poe Dameron leads the special force of the Resistance. Will the darkness truly be wiped away from the galaxy? Or will the Sith bleed it's' way back?

The Resistance is growing. As they prepare for the final battle against the First Order, GENERAL ORGANA feels a shift in the Force. Poe Dameron and Finn are sent on a mission to board one of their enemies ships, hoping to find any information that could be useful in leading them to victory. GENERAL HUX is displeased with Supreme Leader Kylo Ren. As a means to prove himself more worthy of the higher ranking, Hux seeks out powerful allies, soon to be offered a dangerous gift from an anonymous source. Kylo Ren is more conflicted within the Force than he's ever been before, leaving him oblivious to Hux's plan to betray him. Desperate for answers, Rey asks Rose Tico for help locating ancient artifacts that hold unlimited knowledge, which were written about in the sacred Jedi texts.
