"Hyung, I see you've gotten closer with Miyoung." Jisung teased

Jaemin rolls his eyes. "Shut the fuck up we're not even close."

"Oh come on hyung, stop being so dense! You guys are meant to be together." Jisung said

Jaemin shrugged as he continue walking back to his class.

"He'll fall for her soon." Haechan said

Jeno nods. "Yeah, she's charming anyways."

"Too bad Jeno, she's Jaemin's soulmate." Renjun teased

Jeno playfully hit him in the head.

Chenle and Jisung both rolled their eyes.

"Alright then, see you all later." Jisung said

He walks back to his class, sitting on his seat beside Miyoung.

He stared at Miyoung, she's currently reading a book. Jisung laughed lightly, seeing her serious face.

"What book are you reading?" He asks with his deep voice, startling her

"God you scared me," she said

Jisung chuckled, muttering a 'sorry'.

"Oh, this is To Kill a Mockingbird, it's a good book."

Jisung nods. "So how's Jaemin-hyung?"

Miyoung sighs, closing her book.

"He's one complicated person. I mean he's attractive and very very good-looking, I can't deny that. But he's just you know, complicated." She said

Jisung chuckled, patting her head.

"He's not that easy to understand, I know. But you'll understand soon enough."

Miyoung nods. "Oh and, I still don't get how he got stabbed."

"O-oh that um, he tried to caught a thief and the thief stabbed him, yeah." Jisung stuttered

"What? Someone tried to rob him?" Miyoung asks, clearly surprised

Jisung mentally face palmed himself. "No I mean, he was out and someone tried to rob in the supermarket, and then he tried to stop the robber but he got stabbed so yeah."

Miyoung nods, trying to understand Jisung's lies.

"Well tell him to be careful next time, I don't like seeing him hurt. Plus, I get to fee the pain too."

Jisung chuckled. "I see you're already falling for him. Just be patient, though. Even though he's known for being the player, he doesn't open his heart easily."

Miyoung sighs, opening the door to Mark's car. She plopped herself down, and then closed the door.

"What's up with you?" Mark asks

She shrugged. "That one friend of yours is so fucking complicated."

Mark chuckled, knowing exactly who she meant.

"Just be patient with Jaemin, he's—"

"Yeah, yeah, he doesn't open up easily I know."

Mark chuckled again at her. He chuckled before continuing driving.

Just then, his phone rings. He frowned, seeing the caller id. Na Jaemin.

He picked the phone up.

"Hyung, you need to go to the base now. Code red."

Mark widened his eyes, glancing at his sister.

"What the fuck Na Jaemin? I can't right now I'm with my sister she's—"

"Taeil-hyung and Jungwoo-hyung just got kidnapped, hyung."

Mark stood in silence, definitely surprised.

He glanced at his rearview mirror, seeing a suspicious black car.

He turned the car around, taking another way.

"I'll be there in 10," he said, ending the call

He glanced at Miyoung, who is currently playing with her phone.

"Miyoung, I'm taking you somewhere. Just don't ask any questions yet, I'll explain after we sort everything out." Mark said, still focusing on the road

Miyoung turned her head towards him. "What? Where?"

Mark sighs. "I'm taking you to our base."
