Jonas's Point Of View

"Hi Jonas!"

nagulat ako nang biglang sumulpot si Kate, she smiled at me sweetly kaya naman napangiti na din ako. What's up with her?

"Good Morning." bati ko rito at sabay na kaming naglakad. 

She's kinda weird today but okay.

"Tara na!" 

napabuntong hininga ako at tinignan siya na lumayo. I don't have any choice but to use her against Era Alcantara.

"you okay?" 

nanlaki ang mga mata ko at napaiwas ng tingin kay Kate. "hmm yeah."

"Sure ka?" 

napangiti ako, wow she's concerned.

"Yes, I'm fine." I sighed and she instantly grabbed me.

She smiled but it instantly faded when she saw Keith. Napailing iling ako at nilapag na ang bag ko. Nangunot naman ang noo ko nang umupo sa tabi ko si Kate.

"Bakit nandito ka?" I asked and she pouted. 

"Ayaw mo? Oh sige diwag! Hmp!" she pouted that made me laugh. 

"Just Kidding, come on have a sit." I tapped the chair at ngumiti sakanya.

I can't focus on my lesson because I kept looking at Kate. She suddenly laughed and looked at me "focus on the lecture not on me, silly."

Why am I so in love with this girl? or Am I?

I asked myself sometimes,'bakit ko kaya siya nagustuhan? Bakit kaya sa lahat ng babaeng nakilala at nakikita ko ay siya ang napili ng puso ko na mahalin ko?'

I sighed. "What are we doing here?" I asked her when we arrived at a Karenderya. Hinila niya ako kanina papunta dito.

nakagat ko ang pang ibaba kong labi nang mapatingin sa karenderya. Unti unti akong napaatras. "I am sorry but I can't eat here." iniwas ko ang paningin ko at napayuko.

it brings so much memories from the past, I can't eat here again just like I used to.

"aish, come on." wala akong nagawa nang hilahin niya ako papasok, umupo naman kami at siya naman ang um-order.

"Kainin mo na yan!" Napatingin naman ako sa nakahain sa harap ko, igado ang ulam ko  kaya mas lalo akong napabuntong hininga. This is my favorite.

natawa naman si Kate. "trust me, it's delicious." I just nodded cause I know that.

It's just a coincidence that we both love this place. 

sumubo ako and memories came back to me, I used to love this place. This place makes delicious meals.

napahinto ako sa pagsubo nang mapatingin kay Kate. The way she eats reminds me of someone. Why the hell are they similar in many ways?

Marami pa kaming napag-usapan at bumalik na sa loob ng University and since vacant ang subject namin ay tumambay na muna kami sa field.

"Ang tagal mo ng nanliligaw Jonas at hindi ko inaasahan na patuloy mo pa ring  hinihintay ang magiging sagot ko."  she sighed as I look at her.

Is she going to reject me? shit, no.

I smiled bitterly. "It's fine, I am willing to wait for you, no matter what." 

hinarap niya ako at pinagkatitigan ng mabuti. "I've already made my decision."

"and?" kinakabahan kong tanong at napayuko.

yup, I smell rejection.

"and my answer is yes, I'm your girlfriend from now on."

agad na nanlaki ang mga mata ko at hindi makapaniwalang napatingin sakanya. Napangiti ako at agad siyang niyakap ng mahigpit.

"Shit! Yes!" I shouted happily and hugged her tightly again.

Finally, I am so happy. She completed me again after all this years being broken.

 She's my last piece.

Keith's Point of View

"Sorry.."

agad akong napatingin kay Kate, napabuntong hininga ako at umiwas ng tingin. 

I don't know what shoould I feel. hindi ko alam kung ano ba ang dapat kong maramdaman after niyang sagutin si Jonas. it's half right and half wrong but I trust her.

But, I don't know when my patience gonna last. I admit it, I'm afraid. I'm afraid that what if she suddenly fell in love with him? what if, pagpalit niya ako kay Jonas. 

I hate to admit it but Jonas is nice, he deserve some love, he deserves to be happy. As months has passed. I realized that he's not that bad after all, I saw how pure he is, I saw how he really loves Kate and I know Kate knew that too. 

"for what?" I asked while still watching the sunset.

nandito  kami sa siargao for some relaxing. 

she looked at me, concerned. "cause, I know you're hurting."

I held her cheeks and hugged her. "it's okay but please, know your limits. I don't know when my patience gonna last, I might ended up losing everything."

She may ended up loving him and that's not impossible. Jonas was so pure and I can't lose her.

ramdam kong natigilan siya. "I promise to love you always."

"Good.." I smiled and kissed her.

I'll hold on to her promise even though I'll sink. I'll do anything just to not lose her. But, I don't know when I'm going to last.

And I don't want to end up losing her.
