Adrien sat confused trying to figure out the 'code language'.
"I mean, will you go out to the movies with me tonight?" She stuttered.
Adrien had a very confused face.
"Of course! Why would I turn down a very good friend?"
Marinette was stumped.
Her eye twitched in frustration.
'You're dumb, Agreste.' She thought as she faked a smile and turned around on her heel.

Cat Noir found Ladybug on top of the Eiffel tower.
"Ladybug?" He said as he approached her and touched her shoulder.
She turned around with a frown on her face.
"What happened?" He asked.
"Oh nothing. Just had a bad hair day." She said sarcastically.
"Hey. I can't bear to see a purr-ety lady bearing a frown on her mew-tiful face." He said.
His reply was an eye roll and a (friendly but still hurt) punch to the face.
"Meow-ch" he said.
And then, Ladybug described at length the entire saga.
"Woah. That guy is dumb." Cat Noir said.
"I know right."
