Btw figured it might be confusing but yes this is chapter 44 the chapter after 43.
It just starts with a flashback and then moves a tiny tiny (literly moments) into the future. What happened to have caused it will be in the next chapter..

My smile faded lightly as his eyes lifted to look at me worriedly while he still gribbed onto the broken bow in his lap.

I advertised my eyes pulling my hands back when my faint smile had faded Now. ,, I'm sorry ..." he started ,, didnt mean to bring that up"

,, hes not a bad person " I glared to the ground.

,, he has mass murdered so many wolfs... " he sighed shaking his head while still working on my bow ,, hes almost killed me, he almost killed my pack members .."

,, he has his reasons ! " As a reflex I had snapped st him glaring now up into his frowning eyes. ,, hes saved many lives"

,, from what ?" His voice was unsteady and quiet as he chuckled it out in disbelief. As if I was being ridiculous.

,, from being ripped apart like my mother has been " my hand reached forward when I took a hold of the bow tying the string that's loosened lazily together before I swung it over my back as I got to my feet.

,, kyungsoo .." I heard him call behind me when I started walking away, somehow ending up feeling sad by doing so, as if I didnt want to. The realization made me mad and i glared to myself, ripping my hand out of his touch once he attempted to reach for it.
,, I know what happened to you and your dad was horrible but you cant put the blame on my entire race-"

,, just leave me alone " 
I couldnt even meet his eyes as he took a gentle hold of my arm stopping me from walking further even as I tried to get out of his grip again.

,, shut up !" I pushed him back in anger as he even tried to take my pain, as if my situation hadn't left me miserable enough. ,, just leave me ok .." despite that, I still felt guilty once I saw him look at me with those puppy eyes obviously hurt by my actions.

,, how many murderers happen in your world ?" His voice made me look at him again as he just continued talking ,, if a blonde guy had murdered your mother, would you have went out to kill all blonde guys out there?"

,, it's not the same and you know that "

,, last week hunters, who belonged to your clan had burned down a house with pups in it, " I clenched my teeth looking down as he explained with a shaky voice ,, I would never hurt you or any human if they werent the one attacking first .. none of my family would and you know that,.. those where innocent kids, I didnt do anything wrong and those kids sure as hell didnt either. How does killing random wolfs honor your mother's death ?"
