"Maybe you can even come visit me when you're free from work and stuff." Jungkook suggests, but Taehyung's expression doesn't change. It remains in a straight line, no emotion radiating from the usually bubbly boy.
The couple sit in silence for a few minutes, drinking in the information and the sudden change in their lives. Jungkook slowly drops Taehyung's hands and begins playing with his own, twiddling his thumbs and cracking his fingers to keep himself occupied while Taehyung remains in silence, consumed by his own thoughts.
Taehyung doesn't feel good. He feels like a large piece of his heart has just been torn out and thrown on the floor. He feels used and drowned in a sudden sadness that he can't shield himself from.
Even though these feelings cloud his head, Taehyung has to be strong for Jungkook and he'll always support his boyfriend. No matter what.
Raising his head with a soft, slightly forced smile, Taehyung embraces Jungkook in a tight bear hug and peppers his face with kisses. Jungkook appears taken aback by Taehyung's initial response, but he returns the tight hug and enjoys the love he's getting from Taehyung.
"I'm so happy for you, angel!" Taehyung exclaims, and Jungkook feels his heart swell a thousand times more than it ever has. He feels tears prickle at the corners of his eyes as Taehyung cups his cheeks and squishes them, box-like smile evident on his excited face.
"You're gonna be my little star, angel."
Jungkook's glad it went this way.
