Fault(Onew/Lee Jin Ki)

[This oneshoot takes place during the funeral of Jonghyun]

*3rd Person P.O.V*(I don't know much about the funeral so just bear with this make up one)

It was a total mournful event and even if he wasn't your bias then also you felt total sadness.The death of Kim Jonghyun shook every kpop groups and fan-base and the fact that it was ruled out as a suicide made everyone sad.The place where his funeral was being held was a total depress zone with whoever came just become sad.The parents of Jonghyun just cried bitterly at their child lost while their older daughter was being consoled by one of her friends.The room was filled with various idols but among them the most depressed ones where the one and only the other members of Shinee who were still not able to grab the death of their dear member.The other idols looked at the family and Shinee with sympathetic eyes as they were in no position to say anything for their sadness.Suddenly the Shinee members heard the conservation of 2 reporters who were waiting for the body to be taken for burial."It's quite sad that this man died at such a young age.He must have suffered a lot yet his members never noticed his pain quite miserable,right?" one of them said making Taemin look at them with anger but Minho stops him from doing anything."Yes and he must be quite weak for to die like this cause he wasn't even able to properly commit a suicide.Who dies the way he did?He even didn't think about his poor parents.Sheesh,what a kid" the other say while shaking his head but this all was heard by Jonghyun's parents making them cry even more as they didn't the strength to answer those repoter.The Shinee members were totally furious now and Onew stood up to talk with those repoters but a voice beat him to it by saying "If you are here to complain then take your fu*king asses out of here".The members of Shinee looked to see a young men with lot of tattoos with white colored hair who was wearing a funeral suit to realize that it was Kim (Y/n),Jonghyun's older brother.

[(Y/n)'s clothes]

"Who the hell are you?" one of them hissed as they realized that they were heard."I'm Jonghyun's older brother.Well it doesn't matter whoever I'm but after whatever sh*t you said you guys either get out of here or I am going to kick you out of here" (Y/n) says with such cold voice and eyes that the reporters immediately scrambled to their feet before running out of the room.The room was immediately filled with murmurs as everyone realized what just happened and saw (Y/n).(Y/n) really stood out a lot among everyone with his white hair and lots of tattoos peaking out of his clothes.(Y/n) made his way towards his parents before standing before them straight as they stared at him."I am sorry Eomma and appa.This is as you always said was my fault" (Y/n) while bowing 90 degree in front of his parents causing everyone gasp but his parents were instead shock before they started to cry again as they pulled (Y/n) into a hug."This was never your fault (Y/n),this never was!!We are sorry for being such bad parents,we are so sorry" (Y/n)'s appa said while he cried along with his eomma as (Y/n) hugged them both very tightly.It was then decided that (Y/n) would be one of the ones to carry Jonghyun's coffin and he stood at the very front.The media at the front went frenzy the moment the coffin was carried to the van as the news of (Y/n)'s arrival along with the incident spread like wild fire.Soon the coffin was buried where people said that (Y/n) was seen kissing his younger sister in the head while he hugged her in reassurance.

*(Y/n)'s P.O.V*

The night finally came after the last day mourning for my little brother came to an end.I was sitting at a park near the funeral hall waiting for my family to come when someone stood beside me.I looked up to see that it was the Shinee members.They all bowed together to which I also bowed with towards them."Thank you hyung for what you did this moring if you didn't said anything I would had beat up those guys" Minho said with a small smile."It's okay that's the least I should do for coming at the last day of my brother's mourning day" I said as I looked at the night sky."No hyung,it's alright.The fact that you came was good and your parents were really suprised to see you as well" Key says to which (Y/n) dryly laughs before saying "Well how could they expect their problematic  gay older son at their perfect younger son's funeral.I was always supposed to be the odd one at the family,even my younger sister was angry but I couldn't have avoided Jounghyunie's funeral or else I would have nightmares for my rest of life".This caused Taemin to shout "No hyung!!You misunderstood.They weren't made angry by your-" but Onew stops him before saying "Would you guys let me have a talk with (Y/n),alone?" to which the other members looked at each other before nodding and walking away from there."Why did you stayed behind?" I quite ask while taking out a cigarette out of my pocket."We are supposed to be close according to Jounghyun" Onew says to which I chuckle before saying "Well without even him telling,I guess I am most close to you then the other members" as I took a smoke from my cigarette."You know when I was 18,I left home somehow went America where I created my fame with help from a director who like my rapping and then settled there to never returned to my parents house.My dad resented me while mom just kept quiet but the ones who loved me were my younger sister and Jounghyunie.They supported me,loved me,laughed with me and cried with me always.Whenever I came to Korea for a quick visit it was them who only came even though I am sure they told our parents about it.The years passed so quickly and both of them grew up started doing their own stuff yet keeping in touch making me feel I knew everything about them.Then this happened and I realized just how much i didn't knew.Jounghyun suffered before he couldn't take it but I never knew,my little sis was weak but still tried her best to look strong yet I never knew.I am a foolish person who thought he knew everything but knew nothing.Even little sis was angry from my presence and I guess jounghyun is cursing me from his grave" I said with a laugh causing Onew to slap my face.

I was shocked and Onew didn't said anything for a while  looking at the stars before he holds my hand."What are you doing,Onew?" I said yet I didn't moved my hand as his hand was unreasonably warm."(Y/n) I talked with your younger sister today and she said she was angry because she saw you breaking down for a reason which you have been stubborn of so many years now.She is angry because you took fault of the fact that wasn't your fault.She was angry because she couldn't help you (Y/n) when you struggled.She is just like Jounghyun who always blamed himself for not being able to make you on good terms with your parents whom you loved so much despite their coldness.He was always trying to make things better then,so why are you taking the blame now,(Y/n)?This fault you are taking is not going to help but instead it's gonna hurt everyone even me who has fallen in love with you.(Y/n) because your parents love you that's why they said sorry cause they realized their mistake,your little sister wanted to be strong for you that's why she never told you anything,Jounghyun wanted you to be happy without worrying for his pain that's why you never knew and i always thought that I was not needed for your strong life but for one (Y/n) let me inside that shell for your and hug you tightly so that you don't fell pain" Onew said as he rubbed my hand.I was taken aback and speechless cause for truth to be told i loved Onew cause he somehow was able to see though me even from our first meeting like we were destined to meet.I hugged Onew tightly while threw away my cigarette before roughly kissing him,our lips perfectly joining together while our tongue battled for dominance but I won."If you like me that much keep me company from here onward till the rest of my life,Lee Jin Ki" I said as we broke our kiss while gasping for air."Your kiss tasted like smoke you know?And I was planning to do that from the beginning, Kim (Y/n)" Onew says with a smile before he look at my eyes and then we again join our lips for a kiss.

For this story I just went with a flow and wrote a freaking (1556 words) chapter.I must be in high or something.Well I hope this was a good chapter and it was kinda like a reminder for the beautiful soul of Jounghyun of Shinee.Your author over and out -
