Rocket sat across dad na hinihimas-himas pa ang shotgun. Antonio Bellomo is a man who looks intimidating at alam kong ramdam iyon ni Ryu.
I held his hand a while ago and I was right, he's cold and shaking.
"So you're a Vander?"
Rocket nodded like a good man. Wow, we're just banging one moment and now he come face to face with my Dad.
"Anong ginawa ninyo ng anak ko sa kwarto niya?"
Ryu swallowed hard. Sinamaan ko naman ng tingin si Daddy.
"Dad!"
"Hindi ikaw ang kausap ko Pi."
I know that tone. It's that 'shut up kid I'm your dad' tone he's using right now at kapag iyon ang gamit niya? I really can't talk back.
To my surprise, Rocket bowed. "I'm sorry sir you caught us in such situation."
Man didn't even deny!
"Who wouldn't? My daughter's practically shouting and you two didn't close the door! Everyone in the house panicked!"
Natampal ko ang noo ko. Shit. My fault! I pulled Rocket the moment he knocked at nakalimutan kong siguraduhin na naisarado ko nang maayos ang pinto.

I wonder how much it takes to make everyone in the house forget? Maybe I'll find some drugs to stab them to make them forget, damn it.
Bigla na lamang hinawakan ni Ryu ang kamay ko. "Sir, I'll take this moment to inform you about Pi's pregnancy."

Kinakabahang napatingin ako kay daddy. I watched him loose colors before a grin crept on his face.
"You're pregnant?" tanong ni daddy.
"Sino'ng buntis?"
Napatingin kaming lahat sa bagong dating na si Flavio. Wala na, sira na ang araw ko.
"Baka si Daddy," sagot ko at nagroll eyes. Ryu's grip on my hand become tigher as he felt me tensed up.
"Amigo, buntis si Pi... At... Vander ang ama?"
Hindi nakaligtas sa paningin ko bahagyang paniningkit ng mata niya. He didn't like it, obviously but after a while, he's grinning like a mad man.
"Wow, maganda iyon. Hindi ba gusto mo na ng apo Amigo para makapagpahinga ka na sa negosyo mo? You said you wanted to spend your remaining time with your family."
Pesteng 'to, sapaw eh! Hindi naman siya kasali sa usapan!
"Uncle, this is a family matter kaya tsupi, labas ka na rito."
