I want to write the story in third person, but then I want to tell what is on my characters' minds too. So.... I decided to make it in Blythe's point of view.

The Romano siblings, however , shall have theirs on the next chapters to come.

Enjoy uwu

Blythe's POV

I am starting to get bored and annoyed on this event. Why the hell are they going to hire my band if they won't let them play something decent?

Yep, you read it right. That's my band over the stage. I am the founder and their original drummer until I decided to get lost in the world.

Fermions (that's the name of our band) is my college trophy, aside from my diploma of course. We got bored one day, decided to ditched class, rented a music studio for two hours, and that's when I told them na bumuo kami ng banda. We had small gigs for the first two years hanggang sa may nag-offer ng bigger project for us. Too bad I have to leave them bago pa mangyari iyon at napilitan silang kumuha ng bagong drummer. They love me too much and I just love them too.

I didn't actually know na sila ang nakuhang live band for this event. They would rather perform on bars and music festivals.

Anyway, let's talk about this party. Majority of the people here are teenagers and people my age. There's literally nothing from the century on their song performances and it's bothering me. Kukuha sila ng millenial band but they won't let them play millenial songs. Such a bummer. I almost stood up and play a song myself if it weren't for my parents closely sitting beside me.

I let out a long sigh dahil sobrang tagal nung opening speech sa harapan. First time kong dumalo sa event ng Mirage dahil hindi naman talaga ako dito lumaki. I was with my grandparents (mum's parents) in Germany all my life. I was born there pero nang lumaki ang entertainment business ni Dad ay umuwi kami ng Pilipinas. I think I was only four at that time. I have my own unit na malapit sa university. After college I was all around the world. Minsan within the Philippines lang ang travel ko pero madalas ay umuuwi akong Munich ng hindi alam nila Mum at Dad. Only Dana knows.

It was actually not bad. Except for the fact na masyadong pini-please ang "old people" dito. Can't blame them tho dahil kilalang mga tao pala lahat ng taga-Mirage. I don't even know na kapitbahay namin ang presidente ng bansa.

Dana leaned closer and whispered to me, "If you don't like the food at the table you can go sa buffet. Mas maraming pagkain doon."

Tumango ako and I excused my self for a minute. "Mum, I'll just get more food."
