It was finally the day.Joyce and Hopper would be getting married in just a few hours.
El had woken up before anyone else and was preparing her outfit.She took a shower and by the time she went out everyone was up.
Jonathan had made breakfast so she quickly changed in some normal clothes and went in the kitchen.
"Goodmorning El"Will smiled at her
"Goodmorning boys,how are you feeling???"she asked excited.
"Pretty good El,pretty good..."Jonathan replied smiling wide
"Have you choosen what to wear for today?"Will asked her
"Of course I did.I went and bought a dress yesterday with Nancy"she replied smiling.
"Oh really?I can't wait to see what you got"Will said.
"Yes it's a really pretty dress and to be honest....I hope Mike will like it"she said while blushing
"El he's going to like you in anything you'll wear,trust me"
El nodded and finished her breakfast.She went in her bedroom and chatted with Max over the walkie-talkie for about an hour.
She wasn't invited so El had to tell her everything about that day.Finally it was time to get ready and Nancy arrived to do her hair.
El let Nancy to do whatever she wanted with her hair and Nancy decided to curl them up a bit.
When she was finished with her hair she applied some makeup and some blush on her cheeks.After that El went and changed into her dress and put on her middle high heels.
"Wow El you're stunning!"Nancy told her smiling big.
"Thank you"she replied shyly.
After that everyone was ready to go.El went out of her room and everyone stand watching her with their mouths slightly parted.
Then Hopper finally came out of his room all dressed up with his suit.When he saw El he stopped and admired her,she was so beautiful and you could see that her eyes had started watering from when she saw him.
"Daddy you look amazing"she said hugging him.
"El you are-you are beautiful to say the least"he said looking at her softly.
She blushed a bit and hugged him again.
"Now come on everybody we have a wedding to catch!"Jonathan shouted.
Everyone got in the cars and started for the church where the ceremony was being held.
When they arrived El could see that her father was taping his foot nervously.
She got out of the car and walked with him by his arm.Hopper turned and smiled at her like he was thanking her.
As they got in the church not many people had arrived yet but everyone went to greet them.
El after greeting some people she turned around and started walking to her friends that had just arrived.Mike wasn't there yet but she would be in just a few minutes.Dustin and Lucas dropped their mouths once they saw her.
"Wow El you look-"
"Gorgeous."a voice from behind them cut them off.
They all turned and saw Mike just staring at El with his mouth parted.
She immediately smiled wide and run to hug him.She jumped in his arms and he hugged her tightly by her waist.
"Do you like my dress?"
"If I like your dress?El you look like a living princess,like the one from the fairy tails"he told her never leaving her gaze.
El blushed and gave him a kiss on his cheek.
"And you are my prince"she replied smiling.
Mike couldn't help but smile back to and look down to hide his red cheeks.He took her hand and went back to their seats.
After about 5 minutes everyone was in place and the main door opened revealing a beautiful Joyce in all white.Hop looked at her and smiled.
The ceremony started and El couldn't help but tear up a little bit in that lovely scene.Mike noticed and squized her hand in a comforting way.
He turned and whispered in her ear "one day I promise you my love you'll be the one standing on the altar next to me"
El froze and started crying even more,but because she was happier than ever before.
She turned and gave him a soft,teary smile and then pecked his lips.Mike smiled and held her hand.
Oh god how much he couldn't wait to give her his last name and finally call her his wife,only his.Some would say they were too young to know what true love is,but for Mike Wheeler and El Hopper true love was nothing compared to what they had.

Oh my god I'm literally crying writing this,IDK WHATS WRONG WITH ME.I tried to make it a little more romantic and cute as an apologize for not uploading yesterday,aka Valentine's day.
We DIDN'T get a trailer(as expected)so we continue praying for one.Pls let us know if you have any good ideas for the next charpters bc the summer is coming to an end which means our little story too😩.We just want to thank you all that supported as these past months, we're sooo grateful for all of you guys and seriously nothing could possibly be enough to show you how much we love you all😭❤️.
