" I found one, but I found 3 candidates  for it." Young Shimura,who is my master's grandson has displayed ingenuity using his Decay Quirk to subdue the villains during The USJ attack, Young Bakugo also did the same. But another one is here recommended by my former sidekick Nighteye, his name is Mirio Togata, He has a Quirk called Premation,which allows him to phase through solid objects and then come out after deactivating his Quirk." " Seems like a good choice." Said Nezu. "Let's do it." Meanwhile as Izuku was recovering from his bullet wound he wondered how was it that this single villain who took on 2 Pro Heroes, rescued his friends, and then subsequently saved his life was a Villain in the first place. Meanwhile Ablation went out recruiting again and this time, he plans to recruit a speedster to the team, and not just any speedster, He plans to recruit from the Iida Family.

Tenya Iida, a young man who aspires to be just like his older brother Tensei Iida,The Pro Hero Ingenuim, has aspired to walk the same path as his brother and one day,the unthinkable happened, He was ambushed by Hero Killer Stain and it ended Ingenuim's career. Being hot headed,Tenya had decided to dress himself up as Ingenuim and find The Hero Killer in Hosu. Once he tried to hit Stain, Stain used his BloodCurdle to stop Iida in his tracks.Ablation was watching this fight." If Izuku have him,he can be one of our reliable members and go with us on missions." Thought Ablation to himself. Before Stain could finish him off,Ablation with his Nightsticks extended blocked the blows. "Now,now Stain. I know that you are having fun but I'll be taking the kid with me." "Ablation,I didn't see you there since the time you got hired again, so what brings you to Hosu?" "This kid with mufflers for legs is a grandstanding candidate for our League." " Wait, who said I'm going with you?" Said Iida " I plan on being a Pro Hero with my class in Class 1-B of U.A." said Iida seriously. "Listen kid." Said Ablation in a serious tone. "The deed you have just performed before I saved your life was not Hero-like, it was more you did for revenge for yourself and what's worse, you have not rescued that Pro in that corner,so your intentions are less than pure." Said Ablation.  "Hey, Stain!" Said Ablation,"You and your minions can fight me, all at once,weapons included." Said Ablation as he pulled out his Collapsible Bo Staff. "We are NOT minions!" Shouted Spinner as Dabi and Himiko showed up." Aw man, I want be speedy nerd,and kill speedy nerd!" Said Himiko as she drew her blade and dashed towards Ablation. Ablation then pulled out his Talon Baton and pushed the bottom. Himiko and Ablation clashed with their weapons. "Mist Cocoon" said Ablation as he used his Quirk to condense the moisture from the air surrounding him and Himiko. Himiko looked around to get her bearings and then Ablation hit her forehead with his Talon Baton."You certainly fought well,for a crazy chick." Said Ablation humoring himself. "You bastard!" Shouted Spinner as Dabi shot his Fire Quirk at Ablation. Ablation immediately shot water out from his hands."Let me tell you something about my Quirk, it works like this,Ablation is not just your run of the mill water Quirk. Ablation can create water,condense water, turn water into ice, vaporize water in ice or liquid form,flash freeze water,I can even become water or mist. But my favorite one is manipulation of water and to control its speed and pressure at the rate so to make it more simple, I can cut through steel and rocks using this Quirk as a waterjet." Said Ablation as he shot pressurised water at Dabi and pushed away his blue flames towards him.

"Unfortunately the only Drawback of this Quirk is that if I ever used that move in a Desert area,or in a very boiling summer, I end up dehydrated and dry,so I chose to avoid using WaterJet on those times unless I'm near a body of water or when I'm close to enough people sweating." Said Ablation as he walked pasted a defeated yet alive Dabi, Spinner then went head to head with Ablation
Bo staff and bladed broadsword and then Ablation had frozen Spinner up to his arms. "So you defeated all my disciples." Said Stain. "Why is it you want this boy?" "Because I want to make sure the boss that I now work under is at least happy with my recruitment of new Villains into our League." Said Ablation. " When Kurogiri told me about how his boss All For One who is one of my patients who I frequented for 5 years as one of his doctors  has died by giving his OP Quirk to Izuku, I decided to learn more about him, so I hired a professional investigator named Mineta Minoru who can use his Pop Off Quirk that is able to put listening devices at the base they were staying in. Because of his small size it was easy for him to infiltrate the base and place the devices into the specific parts of the walls of the base. After Mineta did his job and I gave him his payment, He looked saddened and depressed after taking my money. From what I gathered from the conversations left me in the same mood as Mineta, I cried as I heard the anguish of Shoto Todoroki and Izuku Midoriya being forced to give Shoto to his abusive father,and it shocked me that he was abused by a person who is supposed to be a Hero. I now realized that my goals against the Pro Heroes are peanuts from what I learned about Midoriya's plan. But first I need to earn his trust and hopefully his friendship. I decided to meet Mineta in front of the Caberat Club he frequented and where he kept chasing the Frog girl  who I know is a member of Thief Trio along with an invisible girl and a earphone jack girl who is sought out by other thieves for her Quirk. I explained to Mineta that we need photographic evidence to make sure Shoto Todoroki is safe and healthy. Mineta and I both snuck around the household and I had Mineta take Photographs without Shoto noticing and then one day while he was at the porch, I notice that he was staring at a photograph of a green haired boy who wrapped his hands around him who I can assume is Izuku Midoriya and a brown haired girl who I can guess from Mineta's recordings is Uraraka. I took that photo and went fast before Shoto noticed. Afterwards I followed Izuku when he was near an Alleyway in my mist form and saw a woman being taken away by a thug to an alley. I was about to interfere but Izuku already took action and how he did is enough is enough to convince me that he is the boss I truly want to serve under,The brutality and fear he had exerted over his fellow villain who is no less than trash has proven it. So afterwards I went over to Kurogiri and asked him is it ok for me to meet his boss anytime soon. Kurogiri told me Izuku frequented a park he always go to to think for the last 2 days. So after introducing myself and giving him the evidence of Shoto being safe and sound,Izuku gave me a task to recruit more men for his team and gave me specifics on his types of Villain for his inner circle. So I decided to recruit the trio first. As I made my way to their hideout, I had decided to ask them to be affiliated with Izuku by giving them large sums of money from my earnings from my job as a Doctor just so they can give their time to Izuku to hear him out. After receiving a call from Izuku, I immediately gave him the information of my new recruits and their Quirks strengths and weaknesses. He told me to bring the girls to their base,so I drove them there and waited. Afterwards Izuku told me that they are now The League of Villains and he later brought me into the base and got me acquainted with Shoto and Uraraka,I was very fond of them and I later got to be closer to Izuku to be trusted enough to know that his endgame is the fall of Hero Society itself. Which is why I am going to make sure Stain, that Izuku gets comrades that he can trust and that I can be his kingmaker as the new Symbol Of Evil." " So the brat has came this far hasn't he?" Said Stain. "Now Ablation you yourself have a very powerful Quirk that you can be a Hero with,why haven't you become one?" Said Stain after getting pinned by Ablation's icicles."Like you Stain,I despise fake Heroes too and for good reasons now next time you go hero hunting,hunt the ACTUAL fake Heroes,cause Tensei Iida is definitely one of the real Heroes." said Ablation as he helped Tenya and Native to their feets. "Now Native,you can't come after us or try to find us cause next time I won't show any mercy." Warned Ablation as Native walked away. "Now Tenya,if I can help your brother become a Hero again, you will join our League." "Ok I'll do as you say if you can heal my Brother." Said Tenya.

Few minutes later...
"So your brother is paralysed from the waist down?" Said Ablation. " I think I know who can help, please wait till tomorrow and I will set a meeting with him.Once your brother is able bodied,you will join our League or else." Threatened Ablation. "As a member of the Iida Family I will honor my promises, even if it means I have to be a Villain to honor it." Said Tenya. "Good boy, now you will have to leave everything behind and tie up loose ends before you go,you at least deserve that." Said Ablation as he walked away.

Izuku healed and made a complete recovery after 3 days since he was shot. Ablation then entered the room.
"So how is my patient." Said Ablation.
"I made a full recovery." Said Izuku.
"Good I found another recruit for you,but he has some conditions." Said Ablation.
Few minutes later...
"So I just have to heal his older brother to have him join,and to top it all off,A Pro Hero who actually does more good than evil like Shoto's father.Good find Ablation so let us go and meet him."
