Married To The Wrong Man

Goodnight baby

I made it back to Michael's and was greeted by a short man. He was about 5"1 1/2, chubby, a m shaped hairline with a ponytail. He wore a nice pair of khakis with a red button up along with the smell of cologne and cigarettes. He said hello to me as we shook hands I was confused on why my boyfriend wasn't in the room so I asked him.
"Hi I'm Mina do you know where Michael is by any chance?"
"I've heard a lot about you he's in his office there " he pointed me in the direction I needed to go. I realized my excitement to see him after being gone for 3 hours so I sped up a bit just to get to him. I finally got down the hall and I saw him in his office with a cigarette between his lips. I didn't know he smoked.

I walked over to him to his reaction he seemed shocked to see me. I watched him as he turned around to take the cigarette out of his mouth to turn around and embrace me.
"Hey baby" I could never get tired of having him close to me, we hugged for a good few seconds before pulling away.
"Did you meet frank ?"
"Yeah I did um what's that ?" I tilted my body a little to get a better look at the cigarette pointing to it.

"That? That's a cigarette...."
" A cigarette or your cigarette"
"My cigarette......I don't smoke them around you and then I realized that you probably wouldn't have a good thought about it so I kept it from you"
"Well you're correct but you're a big boy I can't tell you what and what not to do, but I'm not proud of you" we chuckled along with each other feeling nothing but happiness. It's like we couldn't be upset around each other, I make him happy he makes me happy everything was perfect.

"How was your night?" He interrupted my thought with his beautiful voice a long with making me smile filling my head with moments from tonight.
"I'm drunk, but listen!"
"You're drunk my god Janet was supposed to NOT get you drunk"
"I was having a good time! With friends for the first time in years!" He looked at me and I watched as his stern look change into a smile.

"I'm proud of you...."
"Me?"
"Who else girl?"
"Thank you" I couldn't help but smile hearing those words coming out of his mouth. I think I could love this man. He always found the perfect words to say to me. I was taken out of my gaze by a surprise kiss from Michael. His soft lips danced with mine for a few seconds before he pulled away putting the cigarette back into his mouth.

"You don't mind do you baby?"
"No....I used to smoke that's why I don't want you smoking"
"You? You smoked?"
"I don't wanna talk about it okay...I'm gonna go shower and go to bed I stink like beer and sweat and just...I'm just drunk I wanna sleep but at the same time I wanna eat"
"Go shower I'll make you some food okay? I love you" I smiled feeling his lips pressed against my head before he tapped my butt. I kissed his cheek before making my way up the stairs to our bedroom to shower.

I lit my cigarette before walking out to Frank with the papers I went to grab for him. I handed him the paperwork softly discussing what we could do with the new album creations.

"Michael you just finished the dangerous tour aren't you tired?" Frank yes he was a long time friend and my manger but he always made me seem so old.
"No I'm not tired I mean I just wanna release and album I don't wanna go on tour again"
"But you know what's gonna happen....."
"I know.....I mean at least I'll have Mina right along with me"
"I wouldn't let you bring her"
"And why not? I'm a grown ass man haha I pay YOU"
"She's a distraction"

Before I could respond Mina made her way down the stairs wearing a pair of Mickey Mouse pajama shorts with a black half shirt showing her perfect figure. I watched as she made her way to the kitchen looking as fine as always.

"See.....you're drooling"
"I am...I am not drooling okay you know what she's gonna come no matter what you say"
"And why is that?"
"we won't have to pay for a overpriced stylist or designer....there she is"

I could tell I confused him by his expression displayed on his face. I looked at him before walking away to the kitchen making my way to Mina finding her sitting at the table eating a small bowl of fruit talking to someone on the phone. I pulled up a chair next to her stealing a grape from her bowl, she wasn't too happy about it and softly smacked my hand with her fork. I continued to put the grape into my mouth as she rolled her eyes playfully.

"Janet I don't know what I said to that man and why I said what I said but....no he just wouldn't leave me alone"
What man?
"Yes he really wanted to get with me it's hilarious but sad he was all over me"
I arched a brow and stood up moving my chair closer to her. Who is this "man" and why was he all over my baby?!
"You knew him?........Your cousin?!"
My cousin?!?!

"Mina baby what the hell?"
I watched as she put her finger up in front of my face telling me to hold on. I wanna know what they know and I wanna know now
I watched as she put the phone down on the table and turned her attention to me.

Michael looked a little upset and I was confused on why. I started eating my fruit again as he just stared at me.
"What?"
"Who are you talking about? Who was all over you?"
"Oh! Some guy apparently Janet knows him but he wouldn't leave me alone it was ridiculous haha he kept grabbing on me and trying to grind on me it was gross"
I don't think I've ever seen michael look so angry yet so confused i couldn't help but laugh.

"What's wrong?"
"You're MY woman who is this man that was all over you? I wanna give him a piece of advice"
"What are you gonna do Michael? Beat him up?" I couldn't help but laugh.
"I'll beat his ass"
"Yeah...okay Michael"
"I'm serious"
"You would put your hands on someone just for touching me?"
"For touching you like that hell yeah"
"I don't believe you....I don't think you would ever hurt anyone"
"Well normally no...but for you of course" that damn smile! He does that on purpose! He knew those perfect teeth made me feel all happy inside. He softly grabbed my hand and placed small kisses around my ring finger like always.

"Thank you Prince Charming"
"Of course princess"
I don't know how I got so lucky to end up with such a perfect person in my life making me so happy. I looked at the clock and it displayed the time of 1:24 A.M. I've had a long night if I don't say so myself.
"I'm gonna go to bed baby" I kissed his cheeks before making my way out of the kitchen.
"Hold on baby come here" I was almost to the staircase when I stopped in my tracks. I felt his big strong arms wrap around me as those soft lips made their way up my neck from my shoulder.
"Goodnight I'll be up there soon just let me finish this conversation with Frank"
"Okay" I was smiling like a little girl happy to see Disneyland.
"Goodnight"
