I FOUND Storm in the library the next day at school. She was quiet as she held a book in her hand her green eyes burning into it. Her brunette hair was up in a braid and her boot clad feet on the table.

Akiya had gone off to eat his snack as we stayed at the school afterhours. Once school ended the students had 3 hours for afterschool activities, studying, and things like that. In my hand were sheets of paper-- notes that Akiya had written down from his research last night.

After our conversation about the whole innocence and lack of knowledge of the supernatural world we did research. Akiya brought everything up on kitsunes he could find. All written in his medium sized perfectly aligned black letters in a neat format. At times I had been jealous of his writing skills.

Storm had a can of Arizona Green Tea in her hands as she took sips of it. With a bit of a smile I went over and pulled up a chair to her side. Green eyes glanced at me as she set the can with the cherry blossoms painted on it.

Storm raised an eyebrow at that. "What Cha' need?" Storm asked setting down the book she was reading after putting a book mark in. "Want to read it?" I asked showing her the papers. "What is it?" Storm asked curiosity laced in her voice. I smiled at that.

"Akiya and I researched some information on the kitsune subject and we discovered some things. This is everything we found out. Akiya and I want to learn how to survive in the supernatural world." I told her and Storm took the papers her eyes running over them as she bit her lip.

"You want to survive in the supernatural world?" Storm asked. I nodded at that. "We are part of it now so it's only natural to survive. We have no desire to fall and die. And your a werewolf." I said and Storm nodded at that. "I am." Storm said.

"You must know about the supernatural world." I said. Storm nodded at that. "Can you please tell me everything you know about it, I want to survive. And if learning about the world is what keeps my twin and I alive, then tell me everything." I said and Storm smiled just a bit.

"I'm a shapeshifter." Storm said. "I thought you were a werewolf?" I asked. "I am, werewolves are part of the shapeshifter family. So are kitsunes." Storm said. I was a bit confused on that. "Can you go more into detail?" I asked and Storm nodded as she leaned forward.

"Gray wolves are a dominant species with many subspecies. Shapeshifters are a dominant species. They are the canine equivalent to the subspecies of a canine." Storm said. I was still a bit lost but wrote it all down. I'm sure Akiya could explain it to me, Akiya was the smart twin of us two.

"Shapeshifters are just one species of the supernatural world. Shapeshifters are humans capable of taking on an animal or animalistic form. Werewolves are one of the subspecies. When we lose control of our wolf our form becomes animalistic, we call them Lycans. They're rare." Storm said and I nodded.

"There are many shapeshifters, all from different religions and countries. Africa had a dolphin shifter legend, enchantos, Nandi bears, Asia had there werecat legends who turn into tigers, France is where the werewolf legend formed, and then Japan has it's fox legends." Storm said. "Legends?" I asked.

"China and Korea have fox spirits. Kitsunes according to legend are typically reverse shapeshifters, animals taking human form. A fox taking the form of a human. But real kitsunes are fox spirits in a human body. The fox spirit typically morphs the human body into something else hence the whole legend. You'll see." Storm said.

"What do you mean?" I asked. "You'll heal faster, stronger, faster, and I'm sure some fox trait will pop up." Storm said. "How did your first. . . shift feel?" I asked. Storm paused at that memories passing through her eyes followed by raw emotion as she simply stared at me.
