Saiges pov

I went home....
"You went with a boy!, beat your sister!, went for the dance!" My so called dad yelled at me and I just cried in the corner. He beat me up bad and I'm pretty sure I don't need to describe it. I got bruises and cuts all over me and covered it up with my sisters make up to head to school. Finn and Nick was walking to school in their car. I wore a black tank top and black tights and wearing white shoes. I walked into school where everyone turned their heads to me. The principal called out my name in the announcement speaker. I ran to the principals office. Finn,Jaeden,Jack and Wyatt were seated in too. "Miss Turner" the principal greeted. I took a seat not making eye contact with anyone. "The bathroom incident... Turner I hope I never have to see this kind of behaviour in this school again. I never knew you were-"
"I know sorry principal Owen" I said and he sighed "all of you a week of detention" he announced and sent us off. "Great! A week! We have finals soon!" Complained Wyatt. I just sigh "I'm sorry Wyatt that you got dragged it only gets worse" I said and walked off.

Finn's pov

I heard what she said to Wyatt. Is she that broken that she told Wyatt that life gets worse.

The guys were already seated inside and Saige was late. "Your late miss Turner" warned mr. Roy. "Sorry I needed to take a couple of calls before I came" she excused herself and sat behind grabbing her bag and pulled out some papers. "Turner you are supposed to be studying for a test we are giving by the end of this week" mr. Roy said. Saige didn't listen she was still concentrating on the papers. She's smart she'll get through any test. Last time I tested she knew every fucking thing. It's no bigggie for her. I looked down at the book they handed. I just drew doodles on my notebook. Saige put her legs on the table. "Saige! Put your legs down!" I whisper shouted. "Is that an apology?" She asked her gaze still on the papers. I huffed "Saige legs down! There are people in here! Boys are here and-" "I'm covered. Boys can stare if they want to. They never had the opportunity before" she said and laughs in the end. Saige rudely interrupted mr.Roy. "Detention for another week.... all of you!" He stated and ran out the class to probably get coffee. Everyone looked at her in awe. "What?" She asked as if she didn't do anything. "Saige we got work! Unlike you! We gotta work and we had to push back the schedule!" I yelled. She looked around as if there were an imaginary fly. "Saige I thought you were cool" said Jaeden she looked at Jaeden and tilted her head. "Thought wrong buddy... better read the book or you are gonna fail that test" she said and got onto her phone. "Yeah. It's me. Your a real lawyer right?" Saige asked to the person she asked on the phone.
The guys and I thought she was joking but she wasn't.

She laughed
"No just family problems I'd like to take care of"

Mumbles

"I mean they did do some things that hurt me"
Mumbles

"I just need to be away. Maybe move? I don't know still thinking about it"

She chuckled

"I just need to know the truth and need to win the case"

Mumbles
"Okay! Great Id love to meet you!"

End call

"What? Are we going to court?" Asked Jack. She laughed "yeah if you come up" I widened my eyes "the fuck is happening?" I asked. She ignored me. She chucked the papers down her bag and said her goodbyes to Jack, Wyatt and Jaeden. I lost feelings for her completely

Saiges pov.

I walked out of detention early and decided to meet my lawyer. I decided to file a case against my aunt and uncle since they have been using my money. I am thinking of moving but I wanna finish school here. If I were to move where? I miss Finn annoying me and it hurts ignoring him. I hate him though.

Finn completely ignored me he has given up and the other three guys are talking to me. I told them what was up with me and they were all in my side. 3 sides and my side has support. But even though I have them I feel empty. So before detention started I walked into the class FOR detention and no one was there except for Finn. "Everyone seems to be on your side I guess" Finn said gritting his teeth as he doodled in his paper "you happy now?" No
I wanted to say but I was still ignoring him. I don't break. "We are late to work everyday now.." Finn said. I heaved a sigh and continued to ignite him but he kept on talking like we weren't ignoring each other. "Nick seems to be fond of you too. He said to give you a chance but...." he stopped and looked directly at me and I didn't even face him I just looked down at my book. I'm listening.
"I don't want to! You hurt me bad!" He exclaimed. I took a quick glance at him. "I want to see you hurt! I don't want to hurt you though! God! I hate you! Talk to me god damn it! Don't you wanna yell at me?!" He yelled and I closed my eyes as he yelled. It scared me. "Saige..." he trailed off. I just realized Nick told him to give me a chance.... wanna know why?.....

I told Nick who my sister really was and showed him all the scars and gave him the whole story and he knew that my cousin was a player. He heard rumors but didn't believe but when she actually tried to seduce him he stopped her.

"Saige! God! Talk to me!" He yelled. I wanted to cry but no I won't Finn have the pleasure. He put his chair close to mine and landed close to me and out breaths mingled and he closed the gap between us. He placed his hands on my hips and slowly brings them up . He let go and I had no reaction. "Come on Saige.... not even gonna ask me what the kiss is for? What I want? Not even a reaction?" He asked. I looked around and suddenly he grasps for my face and turns it towards him. "I can be nice and I can be a complete asshole but it's making me crazy that you aren't talking to me or even acknowledging me" he said. He let go of me and all pissed he started drawing on his notes.

I walked out and I caught Sophia outside. I still haven't talk to her I think she hates me after what I did. I tried to walk away without acknowledging her but she follows me. "Are you ignoring me too?" She asked. I looked at her "no" I said and we both stopped in our tracks. "It's just Finn" I answered. "If you want the others they are in school probably chatting up" I said moving on. "No I wasn't waiting for them I was waiting for you" she said.
I look at her stunned. "You got work" I said. She sat outside our school on the staircase. "Yeah but I can afford to get late. I hope no shit comes between us" she said. I nodded. " No shit. We still talking" I said. "Finn told me how you ignore him and how he feels these mixed emotions" said Sophia.

"Yeah I heard he was talking to me" I said. Sophia's expression changed "you'll are talking now?" She asked. "I keep quiet" I answered. She sighs "I've heard about your case" she said and that's when Finn and the guys came out. "Listen Finn can't know about the case... I told everyone... the guys.... Nick and you" I said nervously. "Nobody else knows?" She asked.
I shook my head. "Why can't Finn know?" Sophia asked. "Because I hate him" I answered and walked away before Finn notices me.
