Arden

We walked together watching other people go about their life. Oliver stop abruptly and looked at the other side of the road. "I have to turn here." He finally looked at me again. I walked closer to him and held his arm. "Can I have your number." I spoke.
"Can I say no?"
"No you can't."
He had not noticed yet but I was walking even closer. He took a business card out and gave it to me. "Here,my personal number is a disaster."
I cornered him at a wall. He began to realize I had moved us of the path he was ment to walk.
"I have to go." His voice was above a whisper. I moved even closer our bodies were inches apart. His eyes closed. I kissed his cheek befor letting him go. To my surprise he grabbed my face and kissed me. His lips were cold and his lips tasted like coffee. I kissed him right back. Letting him know exactly what I wanted to do to him. I pulled his shoulders closer and wrapped my arm around him. The kiss became far more passionate. At this point I just wanted to rip is clothes off. I pushed my self away. The cold air made it's way between us as we could only see each others breathes. "I really have to go." His voice cracked. I moved my body out of his way. He walked off with out turning his head around to look at me. He was being such a tease. I watched him disappear down an ally.

The following morning I woke up feeling light on my feet. There was someone in my kitchen making a noise. I got out of bed. Walked into the kitchen to find Bradley eating breakfast. "Hope you don't mind I made myself at home." Not only is he trying to take over my business but my life too. He pulled his phone out. "You and I have to do something about this picture." He showed me a picture of Oliver and I at the bakery. In the picture we were holding hands and laughing. I smiled fondly remembering last nights kiss. "What is there to do?"
I asked coldly. He continued to eat my food. "This, you were seen with another man Arden. This also reflects on me. My fiance is busy with little boys. It looks bad!" He shouted. Bradley loved controlling situations he had no control over including me. "Your not my fiance you have not proposed to me yet, you tell your little fans you have. I don't want you in my house can you leave and who let you in?"
"The maid." He continued to eat as if I did not ask him to leave. To think I fooled myself and thought he loved me and only me. " So it's okay for you to be seen leaving restaurants with other women and it's not okay for me to have coffee with a friend." I spoke taking his plate while he ate and threw it in the dishwasher. I folded my arms. "You know what fine mess around with him but I bet you'll be coming right back to me, you need me more than I need you sweety." He stood up and grabbed his bags and left. He was barely out the door when I pushed him out and slammed it in his face. "Prick."
