The Man

"That man was the man that broke in and killed my mom and siblings" I said crying even harder

Daddy pulled me onto his lap

"He told me he was gonna get me, that I was next and he is back, back for me he is gonna try to kill me" I said crying harder than I have in a long time

"I got you peanut it's ok" daddy said rocking me back and forth

Arron called the police and they came to our house in minuets. Me and Taylor told them the story and how I knew him.

I was beyond scared. When daddy had to go talk to the police I grabbed Hayes arm. He held me tight and pulled me into his lap

I was still crying but less.

When the police left, we had a stay home day. It was nice out but we stayed inside.

We had a stupid movie marathon and played wii all day. At around 5 Daddy, Nash and Carter had their girl friends over.

Ugh that slut. I hate daddy's girl friend. I know she doesn't like me, she makes that pretty clear and she has about 19 pounds of make up on

"Abs you remember Talia right?" Daddy asked me

I nodded and went and sat on the couch. We sat down an watched the titanic.

It was four straight bourse of daddy and Talia, Arron and Olivia and Nash and Natalie non stop kissing. EW.

"Alright Abby you gotta go to sleep" daddy said

I gave him a weird look

"Dad it's summer and its only ten" I said

"Well tonight your going to bed now" daddy said

"Why" I asked

"Because I said so" he spit out

I shrugged and turned to the stairs. All of a sudden *flash flash BOOM. Thunder. I dropped to the floor screaming and crying. Taylor, Matt and Hayes came running over. The rest of the boys followed

"Thu- thu- thunder" I choked out crying hard. Taylor picked me up and rocked me back and forth

"Abigail I don't have time for your shit today!" Cam screamed

I looked at him with the dirtiest look

"Well I don't have time for you! Its not my fault it thundered and lightninged on the night you wanted to have some slut over to have sex with! Its different from the one from last week! Your such a, such a man whore! That's what you are! A man whore that cares more about some slut than his own daughter who is deathly afraid of thunder storms! Well you know what Cameron, if your gonna treat me like this, maybe you should have never adopted me!" I screamed it and stomped up stairs.

"Maybe I shouldn't have" I heard Cam say just loud enough for me to hear it

I started crying harder and moved faster. Then I heard thunder and I ran back down and grabbed Taylor. Cam didn't even seem like he cared

Taylor picked me and up said "shhhhhh I got you princess, no one is gonna hurt you I promise, I got you"

He carried me up to his room and we laid down on his bed. He held me so tight.

Every time there was thunder or lighting I would jump and then cry harder. He held me the whole time.

"I love you Tay" I said through my tears "your better than Cam any day"

He hugged me tighter and I heard someone stomp away

I drifted off into a deep sleep.
