Denmark x Reader
You look over your shoulder as a tap alerts you, snapping your head up and away from your paperwork on the desk in front of you. The papers slip from your hands and you gasp in shock, attempting to keep a hold of the fleeting paper.
"I need those!" You screech, bolting out of your seat to launch at the person who dangled the papers in the air. After a series of unfortunate incidents, a coworker had dumped a large portion of the paperwork on you to complete. "Mathias! Quit playing around-" You order exasperated, reaching over your head on your tip-toes to retrieve the papers.
"You should take a break! You've been working all day." Your boyfriend, Mathias, exclaims-
waving your precious paperwork above his head. He presses a quick kiss to your forehead but you reach out to snag the papers from him. "I love you, so you need to spend time with me~" Mathias whines like a child, pouting his lips and placing his chin on your head.
You tsk, having enough of his childish antics. But, being the loving girlfriend, you sigh and stand up abruptly. "Fine, what do you want?" You ask, setting the papers in a neat pile. Mathias hums, closing his eyes and tapping his chin in thought. After a few moments, a large smile adorns his lips.
"Let's go take a nap together!" Your energetic, spikey-haired boyfriend beams. You nod reluctantly, allowing him to drag you to your shared bedroom. In the end, you finished the work after a much-needed rest.
