27 - "Okay, I can't compete with food"

"What did I do?" The slight trembling in his voice lets me know how nervous he really is, a small smile breaking out on my face as I stop next to him. Leaning closer to him as I hear Jonah following behind me, Zach looks at Daniel and I as well as I glance in his direction for a second.

"You my friend posted a video last night" I sigh a little, deciding to sit down next to him on the empty chair.

"Yes?" He gulps, looking at me with concern.

"With me wearing Jonah's jacket" I blow out some air, my hand resting on the table in front of Danny.

"And? You always wear our clothes" he shrugs, his eyes holding a little confusion.

"He's right about that. You wear our clothes more often than we do" Corbyn chimes in, pursing his lips a little as I raise an eyebrow at him, clearing my throat.

"Sorry, continue" backing down a little, Corbyn leans into his chair.

"Anyways, that's not the big problem here. But you caught Jonah calling me 'babe' on the video as well" I get to the point as I see him tense up visibly.

"Wups" he offers, his shoulders rising as he bites down his lip a sorry look on his face.

"Yes, wups" I nod my head, moving a little in my seat as I look at the rest of the guys, seeing Jonah in front of me, offering me my bowl with raised eyebrows as I send him a thankful smile. Grabbing the bowl, I pull it closer to me before looking at the rest of the guys, seeing them with raised eyebrows as Corbyn bites down his lip and Zach blowing out some air, the tension between Danny and I rising.

"Good mor- what did I miss?" Catching my attention, Jack seems to notice the tense atmosphere immediately as he steps into the room, a plate with toast in his hand as he stops in his tracks, his eyes searching our faces for an answer.

"Daniel just outed our relationship on instagram" I speak up, pointing my spoon between Jonah and I.

"Oh, yeah, I saw yesterday. I thought you guys knew" Jack waves me off, sitting down next to me.

"Well, we didn't and the fans are freaking out" I tell him as I roll my eyes, taking a spoonful of my cereal.

"Are you mad at me now?" Daniel's quiet voice sounds from beside me as I turn to him, my heart cracking a little at the concern in his eyes.

"No, I could never be mad at you" I quickly reassure him, my hand flying to his knee as I squeeze it and smile at him.

"Thank god. I wouldn't survive without you" he smiles back at me, his hand covering mine as he squeezes it as well.

"Now Jonah, better watch out. Daniel is in the process of stealing your girlfriend" Jack jokes from beside me as I use my free hand to hit his shoulder.

"Shut up" I roll my eyes, pulling my hand away from Danny as I get back to eating my breakfast, my gaze droping to the bowl before someone nudges my feet under the table, making me look up straight at my boyfriend who sends me a warm smile, I quickly mirror.

"Love you too, Cam" rolling his eyes at me, Jack takes a bite of his toast as we all fall into a small silence.

"So, what is the plan for today?" Zach asks, pushing his bowl towards the middle of the table as I take my last bite as well.

"Pool day?" Jack suggests as he shrugs his shoulders.

"I don't know how I feel about being near you guys and water" I carefully say, leaning back in my chair as I cross my arms over my chest.

"Come on, you had fun yesterday" Jack nudges my side, his eyes rolling in a playful way, I swear he definitely rubbed off on me, I can't stop the eyerolling thing anymore either.

"Yeah, I know" sighing, I agree with him.

"Are you guys going to do anything about the whole video thing?" Daniel asks out of the blue while I was thinking we were done with that subject for now.

"I don't know" shrugging my shoulders, I turn to look at Jonah, having him shrug as well.

"We can wait til tomorrow, I think. Management said they would appreciate us officially announcing our relationship in that interview" Jonah purses his lips, pushing his bowl towards me as he begins playing around with the spoon in the bowl, twirling it around slightly.

"The Management knows about us?" I narrow my eyes at him a little surprised.

"Well, yeah. I talked to them at the last meeting. I just didn't want to get you in trouble with them or anything but they were totally understanding and they made clear they want us to be happy but they gave some tips on how the easiest and least complicated way to let the public know about us would be" Jonah says, his eyes suddenly glued to his bowl as I feel my heart warm up, knowing he wanted everything to be perfect for the two of us even before we really were in a relationship in the first place.

"You're such a perfect boyfriend" surprising me with his words, I turn to Corbyn, who unintentionally took the words out of my mouth, though he used a teasing tone instead, my cheeks heating up as the rest of the boys chuckle, Jonah having the tiniest shade of pink on his cheeks as well, his eyes still not daring to lift from the table.

"You really are" I speak up quietly, regretting it immediately though I don't at all at the same time.
Looking right at Jonah, my stomach flipping instantly as he sends a big grin my way, his spoon dropping in the bowl as he leans back in his chair, his arms crossed slightly as he can't seem to stop grinning at me.

"See what I mean with them being too cute. It's disgusting, I swear" Zach comments, Jack, Daniel and Corbyn laughing a little, a sigh leaving my lips.

"You're just jealous, Zach" Jack teases as he nudges my shoulder, a small glare thrown his way.

"I'll just leave then" standing up, I grab my bowl, walking to the kitchen as I put it in the dishwasher.

"Noo, Cam, come back" Danny calls after me.
Thinking about keeping them in suspense for a little longer, I lean against the kitchen counter.

"Come on, Cam, you love us" Corbyn's voice sounds from the table as I roll my eyes, deciding I'll indeed let them hang a little, grabbing my phone as I walk up the stairs, going to brush my teeth quickly before deciding what to do next.
