Sarah suddenly gripped her sides. "Oh my god, are you alright?"

She gasped. "Yes. Yes I think--" She shut her eyes. "I think it's the baby."

"I'll drive, let's go." I yelled upstairs for the kids to grab shoes and coats.

"Wait." She said. She leaned heavily on the table. "Okay. Now we can go."

"Okay. Kids!" I tried not to panic.

"Hey should I pack a lunch for them to go?" She asked opening a cabinet.

"What? Sarah, you are having a baby! You can't make lunch!"

She waved a hand. She looked fine now, so I went to tie Alex's shoes.
