"Wow that was good if I do say so myself." I leaned back on the couch.
"Yeah, really good." Alex said, leaning back where he sat on Sarah's lap.
"Alex, careful." I cautioned.
"Yeah, she's got a baby in there." Jessica added.
Sarah laughed. "It's okay, you're gentle, right Alex?"
He nodded and snuggled up to her. It occurred to me that he'd never done that with Samantha.
"So... We have some things to discuss." Sarah said looking up at me.
I coughed. "Yeah..."
"Is this about mommy?" Jessica asked.
"Is she coming back daddy?" Alex asked with alarm.
My words got stuck in my throat.
