The CFO raised a stink on excessive mobile phone bills over the last six months.
An idiot manager gave an example of saving data costs on overseas trips by creating a mobile hotspot and sharing Wi-Fi access to his team. He smugly explained that his team was on Wi-Fi so didn't incur mobile data charges and since he didn't use the internet on his own device he didn't incur mobile data charges either.
The CIO jumped in and asked how long he had been doing this for. The manager said six months.
The CFO and CIO exchanged looks and told the manager he would hear from them soon.
