Not an updater I was dead tired last night and simply (stupidly) pressed publish without properly doing my last round of editing. This chapter is now fixed, and allow me to apologize for sending out an incomplete chapter.

At the risk of sounding like a dram queen, allow me my fantom friends to celebrate...Cold rejection has over 100 votes. And I literally couldn't have done it without you awesome ghosts. I hope to be hunted by you forever.

Hazel sat on the bed leaning back on his arms as he stared at the ceiling, finding patterns where there were none.

The room was empty, Vince was still in school and would be picked up by James today and be taken to see his mother. Zander was in the office and with all the hyped and confusion the return of the luna was causing, the omega assumes he wouldn't be home until later, much much later, maybe even tomorrow.

Sighing, Hazel thought back at his morning with Dawn, what was meant to be a simple visit, an introduction of some sort, and that wasn't meant to last more than a hand full of minutes, a half an hour at most. Was stretched out to 2 almost 3 hours of reading, playing and even lunch. When they finally parted ways, he had sat down with Helen and they spoke.

She gave him cards and numbers, support groups for mates with illegitimate children. It would seem, that even if he didn't feel any resentment toward Dawn now, it could develop as Dawn grew older. He sighed again, digesting the information he had to learn through the day.

It was a lot, and already he felt the pressure of it all. If they hadn't been any rumors about him before there was sure to be now. Yet he couldn't help but smile, it was like he told Hunter the first day of his return. He was an orphan. And family was what orphans dreamed of.

Through all the confusion, all the dread, the uncertainties, and insecurities. He couldn't help but feel happy. He had a family. However, messed up, weird and stressed full, it was his to treasure.

"You seem happy" Zanders' voice cut through the omega's moment and he straightened up to better face his mate.

"I saw Dawn," He says, knowing good and well that Zander's sudden appearance had at least a little to do with his planned visit.

"Yeah?" The alpha stated as he moves to stand just out of reach of his mate.

"It should be fine" The omega informed with a bright smile, the thought of family still present in the frontal lobe of his mind. Zander took a step forward then another, completely closing the distance between them before sinking to his knees in front of his destined.

"You don't have the force this," He told him, trying with fail to hide the surprise and excitement in his voice. Hazel shook his head. Reaching out and running a hand through his mate head the and downside of his face where it came to a stop on his cheek. Tomb brush the smooth skin, he smiled happily.

"We'll need a bigger house." He says. Then frown, making a thoughtful face he added. "Or do you think we should have them stay in the same room for a while?"

Zander produced no answer and simply stretched out his hand, catching Hazel behind his neck and lowering him down as he joined their lips in a soft slow kiss. When he pulled away it was with a grin and a glint in his eyes.

"You're wonderful, have I ever told you that?" He questions, enjoying the feel of Hazel's cheek.

The omega smiled and then thought of Vince.

"Do you think he'd take well to it?" He asked, suddenly feeling nervous, he had been so anxious about his own feelings and potential reaction towards Dawn that he hadn't given much thought about how Vince would take to his new status as an older brother.
