"Well I've kept the fact that I'm dating your sister from you."

I face palm at the way he said it. "You know, you could've said it a little bit different."

"Sorry? I'm nervous!"

"Of what exactly?" Brad asks.

"You guys being overprotective and telling us we can't date."

And there he goes again.

"I'm offended." Connor holds a hand over his heart.

"I thought the same thing." I say and shrug.

"But seriously, why would we do that?"

"Because you're my older brother?"

Brad rolls his eyes. "I'm hurt that you didn't say that plural."

"Well you're not biologically family, but you are close enough."

He smiles. "Much better."

"So no big brother talk or anything?"

"Because you practically asked for it." Connor steps towards Reece. "You hurt my sister and you're dead. I don't care what it'll do to my reputation."

Reece nods. "Got it. I won't I promise."

"Good."

"We kind of knew you were dating anyways." Brad says and rubs the back of his neck.

"Wait, what?"

"We did."

"But how?"

"James was the first to figure it out."

"Once again, how?"

"He's seen the way you look at each other."

"Oh."

"Just don't tell anyone, okay?"

"Secret's safe with us."

"Thank you."

"So why didn't you tell us earlier?"

"We thought that maybe someone would accidentally tell a fan, and then that would start this big ordeal." I say, tucking a strand of loose hair behind my ear.

Connor chuckles. "Well your logic there is smart, but you still could've told me."

"Well I figured you would've told Sebastian, and then we really would've had the whole 'big brother' talk. I'm pretty sure Sebastian would try and chase Reece off."

"Yea, I kind of struggle to keep secrets from family members."

"You're terrible."

"Anyways, let's not talk about that."

"So what do we talk about?" Reece asks.
