"Hello class!" Mr. Coran began. "Today I will be assigning you partners for an exciting new project!"
Me and Hunk exchanged excited glances.
Hunk and I had been friends since birth. Our moms were best friends and being neighbors meant a lot of hanging out. Plus in Coran's science class we are desk partners. Yeah, we're basically inseparable.
"So! Without further ado.. drumroll please!" Coran paused, waiting for a drumroll that never happened. "Ok! Your partners will be your desk partners!" Me and Hunk high fived. This is going to be great.

"So I was thinking that we-"
"Do you think aliens believe in us?"
"Hunk I am trying to actually start the project!" I laughed as I rolled over on my bed next to Hunk.
He had been over at my house for five hours and we had gotten zero (0) things done. But, I love Hunk and he does make me laugh.
"So what's up?" I asked, propping my head on my hand.
"Nothin much, just chillin with my favorite person."
I playfully punched his arm. "Slow down there cowboy. We both know your favorite person is Gordon Ramsey."
Hunk laughed.
"Nah. It's definitely you."
