Suprising and heated encounter

Finally the day was over I couldn't wait to just go home and sleep. I couldn't help but think about what Jason told me about Micah. Why was he so worked up about me partnering with Micah? Was he jealous? I decided to just push the thoughts away not wanting to give myself a migraine from the drama. I went to my locker and put my stuff in my bag and was then met by the girls ( Tiana, Elisa, Alex, Emily, and Sadie)

" Hey Becca we heard you're partnered with Micah " Tiana said to me with a suggestive wink

" Ooo BB get it" Alex said louder than would've liked her to

" Guys come on now were just project partners" I said nonchalantly this really wasn't a big deal

" Sure Becca because it's not like you had a crush on him freshman year or anything" Elisa said with a shrug

Okay so maybe I forgot to mention I had a substantial crush on Micah freshman year. I mean could you blame me though he's a cutie. But I was totally over it now.

" Oh please that was forever ago I'm so over it" I said trying to get it through their thick skulls that this didn't matter.

" Uh huh sure Becca whatever you say" Emily said

Finally we were in front of the parking lot getting ready to go to our cars.

" Alright bye guys " I said so happy that this conversation was over

" Bye text me" Elisa said waving and everybody else said their goodbyes.

Just as I was about to leave is was like the world just didn't want me to be happy. I heard my name being called behind me. I slowly turned around to identify the voice.

" Hey Becca" Micah said finally catching up to me after running down the hall

" Hey" I said forcing a smile. It wasn't because of him it was just I really wanted to go home already

" So do you want to go to my place to get started on the project" he asked with a hopeful smile. I wanted to say no, but I me a how could anybody say no to his adorable smile.

" Okay I'll follow you" I said. Might as well get started but I still had that aching feeling coming back not only about wanting to go home but about what Jason had told me.

" Okay cool let's go" he said we started off I got in my car and followed him to his place.

He had a very nice house. It looked so cute and suburban.

We pulled up he pulled into his driveway while I parked next to the curb in front of his house. We both got out of our cars and Micah made his way over to me, throwing his arm over my shoulder. At first I was going to push it off but decided to leave it instead and continued to his door.

He got out his keys and opened the door. The house was very modern. The stairs right there when you walk in.

" So let's head up to my room" he asked pointing up the stairs

" Yeah sure" I said following him up the stairs and down the hall.

We came into his room and it looked like a normal guys room. Dark blue colored walls and normal white bedspread on a full bed. There were some clothes on the floor around the room, a desk with a laptop, and a few food wrappers.

" Sorry about the mess" he said sheepishly

" It's fine" I said, I couldn't judge him on his messy room when mine seems to never be able to stay clean. then I finally asked about the silence of the house "are you here by your self"

" Yeah everybody else is out just you and me" he said with a bit of smirk.

" Okay so let's get started" I said taking a seat at his desk chair and getting out a notebook to write down our ideas.

" Becca what are you doing all the way over there" Micah asked patting the space next to him on the bed

" Oh no I'm fine here" I said I just didn't really know how I felt about being close to him. Now don't get me wrong he's hot any girl would be all over him I just wasn't so sure. Still thinking about everything Jason had said.

" Come on" he said and began walking over to me. Before I could even protest he had already picked me up in my still seated position and my notebook still in my lap he then placed me on the bed.

" Well okay then" I said with a slight laugh at his forwardness

" Okay now let's decide a country" I said trying to get started on this project

" I rather just look at your gorgeous face" Micah said and I could feel my face heating up.

Thank god Tiana isn't here she loves making fun of how easily I blush. I put my head down to have my hair cover my blushing face.

" Hey come on don't cover your face" he said lifting my head by my chin. I looked up and our eyes met.

I got a slight tingling feeling but I couldn't help but think that it was a bigger feeling with Jason. Doesn't matter I shouldn't even be thinking about him right now.

"Alright enough let's get to work" I said trying to save my self from further embarrassment

" Okay it's going to hard though you're such a distraction" Micah said with a small laugh

" You know you are just a smooth talker" I said a smile forming on my face this boy was too cute

" Well I try" he said making the motion of brushing off his shoulders

I couldn't help but laugh " whatever now again what country"

Finally Micah and I had the basics of our project we were going to do it on Singapore. I put my stuff in my bag and headed downstairs to leave with Micah following behind.

" Well bye we can meet up another time to continue" I said while opening the door and stepping out.

" Yeah sounds good" he said with a smile. Oh that smile.

" Alright well bye" I said I began to leave until I felt a hand on my wrist stopping me. I turned around to see Micah keeping me from leaving.

" Yeah" I said laughing slightly wondering why he was still holding on to me.

Then before I could even get my answer Micah had already pulled me into him and smashed his lips on mine. One of his hands held my cheek while the other was at my lower back holding me to him.

Finally we broke away and I couldn't help but blush at our surprising and heated encounter. The only thought running through my mind was just sweet baby Jesus, that boy was one hell of a kisser. Then crept in thoughts of

" I wonder if Jason's a good kisser"

Seriously mind could you not. This is so not about Jason.

" Who knows I mean Jason did say this boy is a player and he just kissed you on the first night what, next night you screw him"

Woah really. Nobody is screwing anybody so just shut up already

" Goodnight Becca see you around" Micah said pulling me away from my bitch of a mind.

" Um yeah I'll see you around you know since go to same school and project and everything and then- you know I'm just going to stop talking now" I said god why do I always babble in situations like this really.

" Gosh you're such a dork" my mind said to me. Really? thanks for your support.

I could hear Micah laughing and instantly my face flushed to a bright pink color. I was now blushing for the second time that night. How fantastic

" Bye" I said finally leaving and saving both of us from that trauma of my babble.

"Bye"

I quickly got in my car and began to drive home. Feeling quite anxious and for the oddest reason I wondered how Jason would react if he ever found out about that kiss. Sweet baby Jesus again I don't know what I'm going to do with myself. These emotions are just too much to deal with right now.
