I Have Been Eating Lot Lately & I Feel So Fat But Danielle & Taylor Tell Me I Don’t Look Any Bigger But I Feel Bigger. I Gained A Pound. Today Is The First Doctor Visit I'm Sitting In The Car With Taylor. He Looks So Nervous While He's Holding My Hand. It’s Kind Of Funny Because I Should Be The Nervous One But I'm Not, I'm Completely Calm. I Hope Were Having A Girl But I Know It’s Too Early To Tell. I've Been Doing A Lot Of Research On Being Pregnant. & Parent Tricks. I Just Wanna Be A Good Parent To This Child Inside Me. We Already Started Buying Some Baby Stuff & By We I Mean Danielle & I. We Pull Into The Doctors Parking Lot. We Get Out & Taylor Grabs My Hand As We Walk Inside. We Sign In & The Nurse Hands Us Papers To Fill Out Since It’s Our First Visit. Taylor Fills Out The Papers Asking Me A Question Every Once In A While But He Pretty Much Knew Everything Cause He Hasn’t Left My Side Since We Found Out I Was With Child. After About 10 Minutes The Doctor Calls My Name & We Head Back To A Little Room. “Okay So Braelynn How Far Along Are You?” He Asked As I Say “6 Weeks.” I Say As He Nods & Writes Something Down. “First Child?” He Asked As I Nod. “Any Problems?” He Asked As I Shake My Head. “Is This The Baby's Father?” He Asked As Taylor & I Nod. “Well, Were Gonna Do An Ultrasound Of The Baby.” He Says As I Nod. He Raises My Shirt & Gets A Blue Tube Of Gel. “This Is Going To Be Kind Of Cold.” He Says As I Nod, He Puts Some Of The Gel Stuff On The Bottom On My Stomach & Lord It Was Cold. Taylor Holds Onto My Hand As He Starts To Do The Ultrasounds. “Right Now Your Baby Is About The Size Of A Grape.” He Says As I Nod. “Can We See?” Taylor Asked As The Doctor Nods. The Doctor Moves Around The Ultrasound Thing As A Little Tiny Object Pops Up On The Screen. “That’s Your Baby.” He Says As We Starts To Hear A Very Quiet Thumping It Sounds Like A Tiny Drum. “& That Is Your Baby's Heart Beat.” He Says As I Smile At Taylor. He Turns Off The Ultrasound Thing As He Puts It Up & Hands Me A Towel To Wipe The Gel Stuff Off My Stomach. “Everything Seems To Be Going Great With Your Baby. He Or She Is Healthy.” He Says As We Nod. “Here Take This It Will Tell You Everything You Need To Know About Pregnancy Like What To Expect.” He Says As He Hands Me A Patel. I Take It As I Nod. “Come In For Another Check Up In A Few Weeks.” He Says As I Nod. We Leave As We Walk To The Nurse Station. “Can We Make Another Appointment?” Taylor Asked As The Nurse Nods. “For When?” She Asked As I Say “Some Time In The Next Few Weeks.” I Say As She Nods. “We Have A Spot Open In Two Weeks At 2pm On Thursday.” She Says As I Nod. “Sounds Perfect.” I Say As She Nods. “Okay See You Then.” She Says As We Wave Goodbye. We Get In The Car As Taylor Grabs My Hand Again. “Are You Hungry?” He Asked As I Look At Him Like He's Stupid. “Of Course! I'm Always Hungry,” I Say As He Nods. We Went To A Mexican Buffet & We Went Inside. We Both Got Some Food & Taylor Was Feeding Me. He Kept Eating My Food & Making Me Laugh, God I’d Be Lost Without This Boy. We Kept Eating Until We Were Both Full, We Paid & Left. We Headed Home & When We Got There We Both Got Out & Walked Inside Hand In Hand. We See Danielle Sitting On The Couch By Herself Watching Tv. She Turns To Us When She Hears The Door Shut. “How'd It Go?” She Says Almost Falling While Getting Up. “I'm Having A Grape Baby.” I Say As She Looks At Me Confused. “Is That How Small It Is Right Now?” She Asked As I Nod. “Damn. When Will You Be Able To Tell If It’s A Boy or Girl?” She Asked As I Shrug. “What Do Y'all Wanna Have?” She Asked As We Both Say “Girl” In Unison. “Why Do You Wanna Girl Tay?” I Ask As He Smirks. “So She Can Be Just Like You Baby.” He Says Before He Kisses Me Softly. “Well I'm Gonna Go.” We Hear Danielle Say As We Pull Away. “I Love You & Our Baby.” Taylor Says As I Nod. “I Love You Too!” I Say As I Kiss His Cheek. We Sit On The Couch Watching Tv As He Has One Hand On My Stomach & The Other Hand Holding My Hand. & Like That Everything Was Perfect.
